SVQ MANAGEMENT
Individuals who are employed in a management role could benefit from this qualification. This qualification is compentency based and is completed and assessed in your workplace. You will be supported by a qualified and experienced work based assessor. The benefits of these qualifications:

QUALIFICATION CONTENT
LEVEL 7
You will complete 7 units: 4 mandatory and 3 optional
Mandatory units:

• Managing Others
• Health/Safety & Security
Optional units (choice of 36) cover subjects such as:
• Supporting Others
• Communicating Information & Knowledge
• Coach Individuals
QUALIFICATION CONTENT
LEVEL 9
You will complete 8 units: 4 mandatory and 4 optional
Mandatory units:
• Develop Operation Plans
• Providing Leadership
• Stakeholder Relationships
• Managing Business Processes
Optional units (choice of 54) cover subjects such as:
• Plan Change
• Implement Change
• Managing Conflict
• Recruit / Select & Retain Staff
You will collate work evidence to demonstrate your competency within your management role.
You will also build an electronic portfolio demonstrating your knowledge and understanding, skills and experience.
