SVQ TEAM LEADING
Individuals who are employed in a supervisory or team leading role could benefit from this qualification. This qualification is competency based and is completed and assessed in your workplace. You will be supported by a qualified and experienced work based assessor.

QUALIFICATION CONTENT LEVEL 6
You will complete 6 units: 4 mandatory and 2 optional
Mandatory units:
• Managing Yourself
• Working Relationships
• Work Delegation
• Health and Safety
Optional units (choice of 14) cover subjects such as:
• Leading Your Team
• Managing Team Communication
You will collate work evidence to demonstrate your competency within your team leading role.
You will also build an electronic portfolio demonstrating your knowledge and understanding, skills and experience.
