Terms and Capacities
A deposit of €1,000.00 is required to secure the date after confirmation. In case of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable;
90% of the estimated event cost must be paid no later than 10 days before the scheduled date. The remaining 10% will be used for any last-minute adjustments and must be settled within 3 working days after the event;
Cancellations are not entitled to refunds of previously paid amounts; Failure to pay the invoice by the due date will incur interest charges according to Ordinance No. 262/99 of April 12;
Clients who are not residents of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM) must pay the total amount up to 7 working days before the event;
Notes:
-50% of the menu price will be charged for staff accompanying the event, such as photographers, cameramen, DJs, musicians, etc., as indicated by the client;
-The venue is not offered on an exclusive-use basis;
-The minimum number of guests for buffets is 30 pax;
-The final number of guests and the table seating plan must be confirmed at least 8 days before the event;
-No-shows on the day of the event will be charged 80% of the menu price. If the absence is communicated the day before, 50% of the menu price will be charged;
-The fee for each additional hour is €8.00 per person, per hour. A minimum charge of €250.00 is mandatory;
-All entertainers and DJs hired directly by the client must be approved in advance by Restaurante do Forte;
-Except for PREMIUM and DIAMOND weddings, all other packages require payment of a noise license fee of €200.00 if musical entertainment is scheduled after 10 p.m, in accordance with current legal regulations (price subject to change without prior notice);
-In case of adverse weather conditions, a Plan B for outdoor space relocation is always foreseen;
