Paylocity Recognition

Don’t forget to continue to recognize your peers for jobs well done to help build our Forest Hills culture! Going above and beyond, being a team player, lending a hand, saying thanks, etc. are all ways to positively recognize your peers. This can be done through the Paylocity app.

Clocking In/Out

Reminder that clocking in and out, as well as in the correct department, is your responsibility. Excessive missed punches may result in disciplinary action and a delay in pay for your shift. If you miss a punch or forget to clock out, please notify your supervisor immediately and submit a time correction request in Paylocity or fill out a time adjustment form.

“Soren is in his third year of lifeguarding at Forest Hills. Soren is a team player and emulates the motto of making all the member experiences positive and personal. Soren loves to come in and learn the members names and who they are. Soren has always strived to make it a personal experience for not only every member, but those that he encounters as employees as well. Thank you Soren for always striving to bring the best to Forest Hills!”

“With seven years of dedicated service, Olga has consistently shown exceptional commitment and a positive attitude. This summer, she excelled in running the pool cabana, ensuring every guest had a fantastic experience. Congratulations, Olga, and thank you for your outstanding contributions and loyalty!

“Tony joined the culinary team in May of this year and was immediately thrust into the role of supervisor at the Café. Tony jumped in with both feet and pulled together a group of inexperienced young people into a cohesive team. When we lost our second supervisor early in the season, Tony redoubled his efforts to lead two shifts virtually every day throughout the summer. When literally all his staff left to go back to school with almost a month to go in the season, Tony maintained the Café as a “one man band” serving our membership in an exemplary fashion.”

Positive Reviews

Here are some positive reviews we’ve received recently. Excellent job to the whole staff for making these (and all!) members’ experiences positive and personalized.

“I just wanted to give a big shout out to Adam and thank him for being able to order the beers that I requested within 15 minutes he was able to accommodate my needs. Thanks again to Adam.”

“We got down to the cabana probably right around when you emailed. The group is having a fantastic time and Zoe has been wonderful. Thank you!”

“I wanted to share a positive experience I had on Eagle's View last Wednesday evening. I enjoyed a wonderful meal and a drink at the bar. Noah, our bartender, provided exceptional service. He was attentive, professional, and made my drink exactly as I wanted it. After a hot round of golf, I was looking for something on the lighter side. I want to commend the kitchen on the Ahi Tuna Lettuce Cups. The recent change to larger lettuce cups was a delightful surprise. The dish was even more flavorful than I remember. Noah is a valuable asset to your team. His positive attitude and strong work ethic are evident. I hope you'll recognize his contributions. Thank you for a great evening!”

“(We) would like to thank you for all the excellent work that went into the event we hosted for our friends last Friday evening. The Club showed very well in every sense. The signage at the entrance to the hallway looked very professional and set a nice tone for the evening, the room looked great, the bar setup was fantastic and exceeded my expectations, and the charcuterie presentation was lovely. Our guests all gave rave reviews; they loved the passed hors d’oeuvres and the flowing drinks (and our fantastic bartender!), and were particularly delighted when we transitioned to the outdoor terrace to enjoy the sunset. It was a great and memorable evening and we really appreciate all the effort that went into putting it on successfully. Thank you again.”

“Just want to relay that Dave has been awesome at the Hut. He remembers member orders and anticipates what we want. I told him the same last weekend.”

“(We) spent yesterday afternoon at the pool cabana. It was the first time we have had lunch there in over 3 years. I must tell you the experience was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and the menu offering was well above my last experience. It was nice to see the staff continually asking if we needed anything else and keeping the entire area clean and presentable. I am not sure who is running the pool cabana but please tell them they are doing a wonderful job training the staff. It wasn’t just one staff member who went above and beyond, it was noted that they all were working together.”

“Since the arrival of Chef Michael, there has been a significant improvement in the quality of food and service and it seems to continue to elevate as more time passes. I know it’s not easy, especially with staffing always being a moving target these days in every industry. You and your team are able to overcome that, and our family really enjoys our experiences both in the dining room and at the pool/cabana. 9 times out of 10 everything is excellent, which is hard to achieve and if there is ever an issue it is minor, and the team is quick to address the best they can. One thing I do really appreciate is the ability to bring in your own wine, it’s so nice to be able to bring wine that you know you really like to go with dinner. The club has a nice wine selection as well, just having the flexibility is great. The last 2 years we have attended the Easter brunch and it has been become a personal family favorite event for our own family but also the extended family we have invited to join us. There is no, “Ya But”, to this e-mail. When we joined, we were very excited and I was really curious how much we would really use the club and if it would live up to our expectations. I can honestly say that it absolutely has and as evidenced by our monthly bill, we are use it quite a bit. Ha!”

Keep up the great work! Thank you, team!
