PAVERX Asphalt Rejuvenator

Paverx is a three-in-one treatment that seals, protects and revitalizes asphalt pavement.

• Paverx is designed to penetrate the surface of asphalt and become an integral part of the binder

• Halts asphalt aging and surface cracking

Astec Industries Roadtec CIR Additive System

The Roadtec CIR Additive System is used in the coldin-place recycling of asphalt pavement in the repair and rehabilitation of asphalt-paved roads.

• The system is used to transfer, measure and inject either emulsion or foamed asphalt to the cutter housing of the milling machine

• The additive is then thoroughly blended with the milled material and transferred

• Mounted to the rear of the milling machine, the CIR Additive System is the same width as the mainframe of the milling machine

Cargill Anova Asphalt Rejuvenators

Anova rejuvenators have demonstrated desirable impacts on asphalt pavements containing highly aged RAP and RAS binder (reclaimed asphalt pavement and shingles) in documented results. Cargill’s Asphalt Solutions is proud to announce the completion of a verified Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for Anova asphalt additives. The results from the EPDs for Anova rejuvenator and Anova warm mix additive can be used to calculate how these asphalt additives may help reduce the environmental impacts of asphalt mixtures by increasing the use of RAP and lowering the temperature of your asphalt mix.

Invigorate Asphalt Rejuvenator

Invigorate Asphalt Rejuvenator is a new soybean oil-derived additive that triggers chemical reactions inside recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) and stiff binders to break down asphaltene aggregation and reverse the effects of oxidation in the final mix.

• Improves the chemical properties of lowerquality binder

• This new technology, developed at Iowa State University, improves recyclability of asphalt while still meeting PG and performance-testing specifications

• When using high percentages of RAP, Invigorate rejuvenator makes the asphalt more flexible while maintaining its durability and rut resistance

RePlay Agricultural Oil Seal and Preservation Agent is a patented solution that extends the life of paved asphalt surfaces.

• The 88% biobased solution is easily applied and cures within 15 to 30 minutes, saving the hassle of extended lane drop time and expensive labor

• By reducing moisture penetration and sealing hairline cracks, RePlay reverses the oxidation process and protects asphalt from potholing, edge rutting and cracking

• Once applied, RePlay works deep into the asphalt matrix, penetrating on average 0.75 to 1.25 in. deep

• Helps maintain skid resistance that deteriorates as the asphalt’s condition worsens
