Topcon Pavelink App

The Pavelink cloud-based logistics application is designed to facilitate connected workflow between the asphalt plants, delivery trucks, company office and paving site. It seamlessly integrates with existing planning and management tools, automatically gathering and centralizing relevant information such as quantities, temperatures, number of trucks loaded, current truck locations, jobsite arrival estimations, number of trucks returning or queuing for more loads, current screed width, current paver speed, and amount of roadway that has been laid. It automatically generates digital weigh tickets that are delivered to the drivers' loaded app. Geofence recognition notes the arrival of a haul.

Caterpillar 3D Screed Plate System

The Axenox screed plate design is a significant departure from industry standard. Whereas traditional plates are flat, these plates utilize a threedimensional, angular design. This added dimension delivers lateral compaction confinement to asphalt material. The kneading action helps aggregate to interlock more efficiently than with flat screeds, increasing mat and joint density along with improving mat smoothness. Densities reaching 91% have been measured behind pavers equipped with the three-dimensional screed plates, so there is less of a chance for material shoving and cracking with the roller. These high densities can reduce the number of passes, lowering compaction cost. At the longitudinal joint, higher densities result in improved material containment during compaction.

Infinity Lube Tarminator

An industrial strength, plant-based asphalt and tar remover designed to clean and protect truck beds, rims, shovels and rakes.

Tar-minator, fortified with Infinity Lube HDI 2500, is completely unique in the marketplace.

It treats the metal directly through a microscopic chemical reaction, making the metal less susceptible to reattachment of asphalt and other tars and adhesives, making subsequent cleanups much easier – if not completely unnecessary.

BOMAG Cedarapids CR662RM RoadMix MTV/Paver

The Cedarapids CR662RM RoadMix

MTV/Paver is designed as both a material transfer vehicle (MTV) and paver. When equipped as an MTV, the 30-in.-wide conveyor offers a discharge height of 73.2 to 115.8 in for non-contact paving and swivels 55° left or right of center for offset paving. For mainline paving, the unit can be equipped with a Stretch 20 or Fastach 10 screed capable of paving widths up to 30 ft.

John Deere 244, 324 and 344 P-tier Compact Wheel Loaders

Addressing the needs of customers looking for compact solutions on the jobsite, John Deere has expanded its Performance Tiering offerings with the shift from L-Series to P-Tier for the 244, 324 and 344 Compact Wheel Loader models. The new P-Tier compact wheel loaders will carry over all L-Series capabilities and will introduce new features, including standard ride control in base models and optional factory-installed features.

Dynapac MF2500CS Material Transfer Vehicle

The MF2500CS and MF2500CS with SwingApp boast a capacity of up to 4,000 tph and are able to handle a variety of material applications, including asphalt, concrete, sand and base material. The conveyor belt system can empty a standard 35-ton truckload in as little as 35 seconds. The SwingApp functionality can transform the unit to an offset feeder by swinging the conveyor belt up to 55° in either direction. This provides the capability to handle a variety of feeding applications, including feeding two pavers in a side-by-side configuration, feeding one paver from a different lane or filling medians.
