Roger Firth LHD L AW Y ERS

With claims experience spanning 25 years, Roger Firth is passionate about personal rights and staunchly opposed to an organisational power inbalance. He originally studied law at the suggestion of a barrister while working on a matter in Sydney; the plan was to go to the bar and do his training, which barristers call a reading, in his chambers. By the time he had finished, he had spent enough time at a bar, and decided to become a solicitor instead. Roger predominantly acts for injured clients who have suffered a wrong by negligence: clients injured through their employers’ negligence; as a result of a motor vehicle accident; or because of a mechanical or product failure. He also provides compensation advice for matters like victims of institutional harassment or sexual assault. The LHD practice, where you can find Roger, can provide clients the benefit of a legal firm that has worked in all courts, including the High Court, in cases that have made precedent decisions lower

courts follow. In doing so, Roger has not only worked on complex points of law but importantly for his clients he has demonstrated experience litigating complex cases. LHD have shown their ability to represent the interests of their clients against well backed defendant organisations in all jurisdictions - including class action cases. To adequately prepare for public liability matters requires resources. Proving liability is just the start - establishing the damages is critical in providing value for clients. If you are a person who has suffered injury, damage or a case that involves advocating for personal rights in liability, Roger Firth is the only man you need to see.
