Decorative Glazing Facade Will Complete the Nutrien Ag Project

Flynn Winnipeg was awarded and contracted to complete a full building envelope for the Nutrien Ag Project with BIRD Construction.

This building is a 100,000 SF warehouse and Flynn is installing 1,000 SF of TPO roofing, 44,500 SF of insulated foam panels, 5,700 SF of composite panels, and 7,860 SF of Aluminum curtain wall and glazing. This project was fast-tracked, which meant the crew worked diligently to meet scheduling needs. When completed the building will have a staggered pattern of decorative orange colored glass on every elevation that has curtain wall systems installed.
