The Victoria branch needed to assemble a well fitted crew for the out-of-town courthouse project in Port Alberni.

The crew was comprised of James, the shop foreman, Jeff and Ryan from the service team, Jack and Rey from Production Roofing and the office members Rob & Derek. Together they were ready to roll up their sleeves and meet the tight deadlines. The first phase of the work was to remove the ballast ahead of the scaffold company so the temporary roof cover could be in place the following week. The project consisted of several logistical dominoes, so it was vital that everything was completed on time. The crew pulled together and managed to remove the 10,000 SF of gravel and insulation needed on time. They went that extra mile to ensure the project started off on the right foot and that’s incredibly important to its success. Best of luck to Foreman Jesus Prieto Trejo and the roofing crew gearing up for the next phase of roofing works.
