CU Anschutz Health and Sciences Building Completed
Submitted by Alexus Lopez
This project was a multi-million-dollar cladding job with JE Dunn in Denver Colorado.
The project began in the Spring of 2021 and will be completed for 2022. Flynn ran an average of 8 men for most of the project, accumulating 13,000 field man hours and 1,000 shop hours. The scope included 6,200 SF of Berridge flush panels, 30,500 SF of Flynn’s Accumet panels, 2,000 Rainscreen Series Panels and 2,400 SF of louver work. The exterior soffit of the project is where most of our ACM panel work was installed. This project not only was an outstanding performance by our Denver team members, but it allowed us to grow our partnerships within our market. We utilized relationships with TSC for the scanning services and Northern Facades for fabrication.
As the project ends, JE Dunn has been very pleased with our communication, responsiveness, and teamwork. Building strong relationships is key to Flynn thriving. Thank you to the team: Matt Richardson, Jason Cordoza, Mahmood Alomar, Daniel Calderon, Cristobal Rosalez, Felix Lafevre, Tony Garcia, Jose Tenario Gomez, Luis Gonzalez, Edgar Arce and David Talamantes.
