Flynn Seattle Plays their Part in Changing the Skyline

Our Seattle team has been working on the 1001 Bellevue Office Towers for the past two years.

These office towers stand at 15 storeys each and offered a sizable challenge for our crews. The roofing scope comprised of 200 SF of SBS roofing per tower plus a green roof system installed over the SBS roof. Flynn Vancouver supported the metals side by supplying the ACM metals panels. The entire project was tricky at times due to the variety of trades working on site. But juggling competing priorities is to be expected on a larger project and the Flynn crew made out fine. These buildings are a fantastic addition to the skyline and Flynn Seattle played an important role in it.
