This comprehensive campus expansion includes the construction of a new 64 unit, 111,000 square foot independent living building over structured parking. The existing steam generation building will be demolished and decommissioning to make way for the construction of a new 36,500 square foot assisted living and memory care facility consisting of 24 assisted living units, 12 memory care units, and associated support and commons areas. The existing 48,200 square foot Care and Wellness Center (skilled nursing facility) will be substantially renovated, converting 25 semi-private rooms to private rooms and renovating all common areas, wellness facility and pool locker rooms.
