This team is developing a new senior living community focused on serving the Jewish community of Charlotte and integrating with other activities already within Shalom Park, which include the Jewish Community Center, Temple Beth El, Temple Israel, a summer camp, a preschool and many Jewish social service agencies. The project will provide independent living and assisted living on site, while providing a nursing benefit at the Aldersgate’s Shamrock campus. The project includes construction of 120 independent living hybrid apartments in five buildings, 16 assisted living units with memory care and rehabilitation capabilities, and a clubhouse.
