This project includes the renovation and addition to Strickland Place at Fitzgerald for Arbor Acres United Methodist Retirement Community in Winston-Salem, NC. The project is comprised of a 94,270 square foot single story facility including the mechanical mezzanines. The scope of work includes a new building addition between the 200 Wing and 800 Wing; major renovations of the 200, 100, and 500 Wings and both the West and East cores, and minor renovation to the 300, 400, and 600 Wings.
