River Landing at Sandy Ridge Winston-Salem, NC

River Landing at Sandy Ridge undertook a major effort to expand its campus onto a 17-acre tract of land adjacent to the existing campus. New construction includes the replacement of the maintenance building, two hybrid apartment buildings with six independent living units in each, 22 single-family cottages, a 16,000-square-foot addition to the wellness building, a 3,000-square-foot addition to the management services office, and a 19,000-square-foot golf clubhouse containing two dining venues. The plan also includes a 4,000-square-foot renovation of the wellness building, a 70,000-square-foot renovation of the skilled nursing facility, and a 9,000-square-foot renovation of the main dining facility.
