Arbor Acres selected Blum Construction at the programming phase of the Asbury Neighborhood project to help establish a budget and schedule that the team could design and construct within. Although constructed in two phases, each was delivered in a fast-track fashion that required turnover of multiple cottages simultaneously to meet the Community’s commitments. Blum was able to balance numerous resident upgrades and weather delays with the site construction to deliver the units on time, under the budget established during programming, and with raving resident fans.
