Taking its influences from modern European cuisine with a sprinkling of the East, Executive Chef Ruth Hurren has made sure that in her quest for yummy, Darcy’s has become known for its innovative and delectable dishes as much as the relaxed, Aussie atmosphere that Darcy’s is famous for. With 3 dining rooms as well as an informal bar for diners to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail and a private outdoor courtyard, Darcy’s has the unique ability to accommodate a variety of needs from a romantic dinner for two through to a private party for up to 48 guests. Darcy’s has recently updated its A La Carte menu, introducing some wonderful new dishes like the Smoked Chicken & Nashi Pear salad, served with local ‘wobbly bottom’ cheese & dukkah complementing classic Darcy’s dishes such as the BBQ Kangaroo. Darcy’s prides itself on being family friendly and there is a box of toys as well as a varied children’s menu to keep young minds entertained. Sunday is Roast day at Darcy’s and has always been very popular with the locals with a range of meats on offer as well as a vegetarian option for a set price.
