e dinner being held on Sunday 15th April to commemorate the tragedy of the sinking of the Titanic sold out within 4 weeks. Due to the enormous response, Grand Café has decided to replicate the dinner in every detail on Tuesday 10th April 2012. is special dinner will remember the day when the ill-fated liner sailed out of Southampton at 12 noon on Tuesday 10th April 1912. Grand Café, now a wonderfully unique bar, bistro, restaurant and venue, is the former Wedgewood Ballroom of the old South Western Hotel where many 1st Class passengers would have certainly dined and danced before departing from Southampton on-board the Titanic.
