Producer” and folk musician quietly released three full length solo albums under various titles before “The Sound of Dogs,” which is the first full formed musical project under his real name. This release has everything you’d want from an indie folk record: incredible lyrics and instrumentation that keeps you coming back, track after track Not only is this album entirely peaceful and relaxing to listen to, but it also makes you feel like you’re being lulled into a dream like state.
“The Sound of Dogs” offers up 12 tracks that are reminiscent of 60s English folk music Cameron’s voice is like an old friend you haven’t seen in a while, and he sings in a way that
makes you feel comfortable and at home. His lyrics are poetic and thoughtful as he sings about love and loss, happiness and sadness Nothing is overproduced, and Rob’s voice sounds like he’s been singing these songs for years.
Not only does the track list contain some of the most memorable folk music I’ve heard in years, but it’s also beautifully packaged into a collection of songs and short comedic skits that give the listener a glimpse into Cameron’s personality.
There’s no doubt that Rob Cameron will continue to make waves with his future releases, and he is one Maritime artist to keep an eye on.

A Review by Alex Munroe
New age deathcore titans Lorna Shore have unleashed "Cursed to Die," the third single off their upcoming record, and it’s brutal.
This song is a vicious onslaught of gutturals, shrieks, and solos that builds up over its five minute runtime and doesn't let up until the very end. The vocal performance of Will Ramos is particularly filthy; he's a master of controlled aggression, and “Cursed to Die” showcases his talents perfectly.
Alongside previous releases "Sun//Eater" and "Into the Earth," Lorna Shore brings new life to the genre with an exciting take on what deathcore can be. Though they haven’t strayed too far from the sound that initially brought them success, the New Jersey band has also taken some significant stylistic risks with “Cursed to Die” that may set them apart as leaders in the scene, even as they reach out towards a more mainstream audience
On October 14, Lorna Shore will release Pain Remains, their first full length album with vocalist Will Ramos, who set the metal world ablaze last year with his animalistic performance on the band’s comeback song "To the Hellfire."
