New age deathcore titans Lorna Shore have unleashed "Cursed to Die, " the third single off their upcoming record, and it’s brutal.

This song is a vicious onslaught of gutturals, shrieks, and solos that builds up over its five-minute runtime and doesn't let up until the very end. The vocal performance of Will Ramos is particularly filthy; he's a master of controlled aggression, and “Cursed to Die” showcases his talents perfectly.

Alongside previous releases "Sun//Eater" and "Into the Earth," Lorna Shore brings new life to the genre with an exciting take on what deathcore can be. Though they haven’t strayed too far from the sound that initially brought them success, the New Jersey band has also taken some significant stylistic risks with “Cursed to Die” that may set them apart as leaders in the scene, even as they reach out towards a more mainstream audience.

On October 14, Lorna Shore will release Pain Remains, their first full-length album with vocalist Will Ramos, who set the metal world ablaze last year with his animalistic performance on the band’s comeback song "To the Hellfire.
