The art of making people feel seen
In the competitive world of Escrow and Title, impeccable service is undoubtedly crucial. How you make someone feel is the key to customer loyalty and a competitive advantage. Building an inviting environment where clients feel welcome, valued, and eager to return goes beyond meeting their basic needs. Hospitality requires a continuous effort, but the rewards are loyal customers, a thriving business and a reputation that sets us apart from the rest.
Answering your phone promptly and professionally, rather than relying on voicemail, can demonstrate a commitment to customer service and accessibility, setting you apart from those who don’t prioritize real-time communication.
• Builds a Professional Image: In business, a prompt and courteous phone answer can project a positive image and show that you value your clients and their time.
• Improves Customer Service:
Answering the phone allows for immediate resolution of issues and questions, leading to a more positive customer experience.
• Enhances Accessibility: By answering calls, you become more readily available to customers who may have urgent needs or questions.
• Demonstrates Commitment:
Answering the phone shows that you are serious about your business and are willing to invest time and effort in customer interaction.
• Avoids Missed Opportunities: Voicemails can be easily missed or forgotten, whereas a live conversation ensures that important information is communicated and acted upon promptly.
• Sets the Tone for Future Interactions:
A positive first impression through a phone call can set the stage for a successful and lasting relationship.

Nothing better than Guiness Beef Stew (you can sub lamb) for St. Patrick’s day. Remember the side of Soda Bread!
1. In a large mixing bowl, place cubed chuck roast and season with flour and salt and pepper. Toss well until thoroughly coated.
2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil and sear the beef cubes until golden on all sides. Be careful not to overcrowd the pot and do this in batches, while adding more oil as needed. Once browned, remove and set aside.
3. Reduce the heat to medium and add in the onions. Saute for approximately 5 minutes or until slightly softened and translucent. Then, add the garlic and tomato paste and cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the tomato paste darkens
4. Add in the red wine and reduce by half. Then add the Guinness and return the beef to the pot. Add the beef stock and bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer. Cover and let simmer for a minimum of 1 ½-2 hours or until the beef is tender.
5. Add the carrots and potatoes and simmer for another 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
