STEAK & VEGETABLE KABOB
RED WINE MARINADE

Account Executive / CO Sales
MARINADE:
• 1 Cup Dry Red Wine
• 1 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
• 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tsp Black Pepper
• 1/3 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
• 1-2lbs Filet, cut into 1-inch pieces – set aside
STEPS:
1. In a large bowl or shallow baking dish, combine marinade ingredients. Mix well.
2. Once combined, add steak and cover tightly. Marinate in the fridge for at least one hour. Any cut of steak will do just be sure to marinate longer for less expensive cuts of meat.
3. Grill: Heat to medium-high. Place steak kabobs on the grill for a few minutes on each side, rotating (about 8 total minutes)
4. Allow kabobs to rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Skewer your meat and vegetables separately for even cooking!

Both branches will feature state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide an enhanced experience for our clients, with modern offices, meeting rooms, and comfortable spaces for closings. These locations will also create new opportunities for employees and allow us to serve the ever-evolving real estate market more effectively.

Denver Tech Center, Colorado: July 2025
Just a few weeks later, we’ll be opening our new Denver Tech Center location. Since 2011, the region has expanded by nearly 12 million square feet of office, industrial, flex, and retail space, underscoring its role as a key technology hub in Colorado. Beyond its business appeal, the DTC area offers a high quality of life for residents. The area features a mix of upscale apartments and family homes, complemented by a variety of dining options and entertainment venues.
Parker, Colorado: Opening June 2025
The first branch to open will be in Parker Colorado. Located in the heart of this rapidly growing community, the Parker branch is strategically placed to provide easier access for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
As one of Colorado’s fastest-growing towns, Parker is a prime location for those seeking our reliable and efficient escrow services.
Honoring the Fallen: A Memorial Day Reflection
More than just the unofficial start of summer, Memorial Day is a reverent occasion to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Observed on the last Monday of May, Memorial Day has its roots in the aftermath of the Civil War and was originally known as Decoration Day. Communities would gather to place flowers on the graves of fallen soldiers and reflect on the cost of freedom. Today, the tradition continues in cemeteries, town squares, and homes across the nation.
At its heart, Memorial Day is about gratitude. It’s a time to recognize the sacrifice of those who answered the call of duty and never came home. Whether you’re attending a local memorial service or simply flying the flag at half-staff, we can all take part in honoring their legacy.
As we enjoy our freedoms this summer with barbecues, parades, and time with loved ones, let us remember that these moments are made possible by those who sacrificed everything. May we carry their memory with us every day.

HEALTHCARE BLUEBOOK
WellNet provides HealthCare Bluebook as a free benefit allowing you to shop for medical procedures at innetwork facilities, find the best prices and get out-ofpocket cost estimates.
TO EARN A REWARD THE EMPLOYEE MUST:

• Complete a search for a rewardable procedure within Bluebook (it must be at a procedure level and cannot just be a search for a doctor; not all procedures are rewardable)Download and print the consent form and the intake form. Upload the completed forms to schedule a mental health visit for your teen
• Once the member reaches the Fair Price Color Bar page for the specific procedure, they have done what they need to do within Bluebook in terms of completing the engagement requirement. There is a message that will tell the member that their search is complete and as long as they go to a low cost (green rated) provider, they will earn the reward
• Member must have the procedure completed at a green rated facility
• HCBB will receive the claim from Wellnet and validate that the member went to a green rated facility and if so, they will be issued the reward through a Debit Card

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Accounting! Often times, we are trying hard to get wires out and my stuff is last minute because of when wire comes in.
