Thanks to all who brought in Flashlights and Batteries to encourage our homeless neighbors in Shelby. Thanks, too, for a great crew of volunteers who prepared 45 meal bags for use during the "point in time" count of homelessness on January 25. Here are some scenes on the day.

Colossians 3:12 states, “Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” A church member has described Donna as having a warm, sweet spirit and very knowledgeable. Pastor Doug shares that Donna is sharp, productive, funny, relational, humorous, loves to laugh, and a joy to be around. He also shared that she has an unbelievable commentary on big projects. Donna, on behalf of the Personnel Committee and your FBC family, thank you for sharing your gifts and talents as our Financial Coordinator for the past ten years! See Artur about the signup form and your deposit to reserve your spot with our FBC Youth Group heading to Crossroads Camp at Anderson University in Anderson, SC this summer leaving on Sunday, June 26 and returning on Friday, July 1.
