L&D Promotion of Courses for Q2 2022 We are delighted to share with you the Learning and Development Calendar for Q2 2022 - our first across Tandem Bank. Our programme has a clear focus, to help you achieve your career goals, explore your career path and of course, Power your Potential - to be the best you can be in your role at Oplo.

Customer Experience programme along with our Vulnerable Customer programme.

You will see over the next three months there is a jam-packed schedule of courses and programmes that have been designed to help you develop a high level of competence, confidence and knowledge in your role. Some of you will recognise the topics whilst others are brand new initiatives that we are excited to deliver across Tandem.

In the prospectus, you will find details of all the training and development we intend to provide this quarter, to help you develop a level of competence, confidence and knowledge in your role. This is particularly important for our business as we work in a regulated industry, and training and development is very important to us. However, you will also see details of a much wider set of courses and programmes for your personal and professional development through 2022. I’m hoping many will appeal to you and your own ambitions and desire to improve and progress here at Tandem.

For some teams, certain courses and programmes will be mandatory to attend, we will be in touch soon with details of how and when to attend these sessions e.g. Complaint Handling,

You will also notice we are working with external providers to deliver even more specialist training across the group from Apprenticeships and MS Office trainers and much more.
