Introducing Tandem's TGT

What is it?

Our Thursday Get Together, better known as 'TGT' is a weekly forum at 4:30pm which usually follows the following

• Guest host - covering their journey up until they joined the organisation / their experience so far at the bank and a little about their interests

Recognition and celebration of birthdays / anniversaries / new joiners that week Topical updates from around the business (functional / org level updates) Hot topics (thematic / seasonal / 'hot' items)

Key people focused items (e.g. engagement / D&I / well-being / recognition / H&S / plugs for social events and Lunch & Learn) Shine (peer-to-peer feedback) AOB

Who's invited?

TGT will be extended to all colleagues in May and invites and timings will follow soon!

Who presents?

A mixture of people, as stated above, we always have a guest host to kick o proceeding. The functional / org level updates are usually presented by a member of the leadership team but increasingly more and more members of each function are getting stuck in. Naturally, the People

Why does this take place every week?

We're fortunate enough to work in a fast-paced organisation and there's often tonnes going on to grow the business, create more bene t for our customers and provide amazing development opportunities and ful lling experiences for our employees. There's always fresh information to share and this allows us all to remain connected with the evolving business and each other whilst building

How did this all start?

This is a forum that has existed from the inception of Tandem. It's evolved overtime but it's become somewhat of a staple and 'tradition' . Feedback from employees over the years has helped shape TGT
