QUALITY ROOTS WAS FOUNDED BY ARIC KLAR, WHO IS STILL BUSY WITH HIS COMPANY, EVEN AFTER OPENING SEVEN LOCATIONS IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS.

Aric comes from a family of entrepreneurs and founded the company with his brothers in 2018 before opening the first store in 2020, located in Battle Creek, Michigan. Quality Roots is a recreational Michigan-based cannabis company that will shortly be expanding to New Jersey.

With a heavy focus on quality products and service. Their Oakland county locations have seen rapid expansion in 2023, with the first in Berkley, the second in Waterford Township, and Madison Heights coming soon.

Aric conveys that his company is heavily active in the business communities, including the annual Berkley Restaurant Week where Quality Roots offered a special gift for customers.

For this year's Giving Tuesday, gift cards from Berkley businesses will be purchased and passed out to Quality Roots customers as a deep dive into the Berkley community. Being a part of the business community is vital to the company’s mission, “Our business is bringing more people to town than most of these other businesses do,” Aric states, alluding to the responsibility that carries.
