Seepoint Ópticas Launches Heart-warming Christmas Campaign in Support of FESBAL

As the festive season approaches, Seepoint Ópticas in Jávea is once again demonstrating its commitment to the local community with a special Christmas campaign in support of FESBAL, Spain’s national food bank network. Known for their warm, community-centred approach, Seepoint is inviting clients, residents and visitors alike to join them in spreading a little generosity at a time of year when it is most needed.

Throughout the Christmas period, the Seepoint store will be accepting monetary donations for FESBAL via a dedicated collection tin at the counter. Those who prefer digital giving can also contribute quickly and conveniently through Bizum, ensuring that even the smallest donation can make a meaningful difference. In addition, members of the community are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to the shop, where they will be gathered and passed on to support families facing food insecurity this winter. This annual initiative has become a valued tradition in the area, reflecting Seepoint’s belief in collective responsibility and the power of small acts of kindness.

While the FESBAL campaign takes centre stage during the festive season, Seepoint Ópticas remains committed to charitable work throughout the entire year. The store serves as a permanent collection point for unwanted or old glasses, which are carefully sorted and forwarded to Lions International. From there, they are refurbished and distributed to individuals around the world who lack access to basic vision care. This ongoing effort not only promotes sustainability but also provides life-changing support to those in need.

Closer to home, Seepoint partners with Cáritas to provide free eye tests and glasses to local people who cannot afford essential vision services. This collaboration ensures that vulnerable members of the Jávea community receive the support they deserve, reinforcing Seepoint’s philosophy that good vision should be accessible to everyone.

With their 2025 Christmas campaign now underway, Seepoint Ópticas invites the community to participate in whatever way they can - whether by donating food, contributing financially, or simply helping spread the word. Together, these small gestures will help bring comfort and hope to many families this festive season.

November was a busy one, in a good way, with the new edition of the Vega Baja Professional Services magazine, almost weekly Christmas fairs to enjoy and moving in with the grandchildren whilst darling daughter and son-in-law had a mini break. There was lots of fun with baking, Christmas wreath making, walks round the salt lakes and along the seafront and of course a fair bit of sibling bickering. It's great to spend time with them but I'm so glad I can give them back. There is definitely a good reason you have children early in life.

This month it is our turn to get away for a couple of days to Valencia, a lovely, thoughtful gift from the Focus On team, thanks again guys. Having never stayed in Valencia I can't wait to explore and I'm really looking forward to seeing the city all dressed up for Christmas.

I have already started my 'don't touch it's for Christmas' shelf but this year I am being more restrained than previously. Well that is the plan - let's see if I can keep to it.

Before I sign off for the last time this year I must say a big thank you to you all for your loyalty and support - I hope you have a fantastic festive season and wish you all the best for 2026. Until next time, take care and be kind.

Keep your Spanish home comfortable and protected with

Generali Expatriates

Winter in Spain may be mild compared to Northern Europe, but cooler evenings can still make your home feel less comfortable — and rising energy costs don’t help. The good news is that with a few simple adjustments, you can keep your space cosy while keeping your bills under control. Simple habits that make a difference:

• Let the sunshine in. Open curtains and blinds during the day to make the most of natural warmth, then close them once it gets dark to trap the heat inside.

• Block cold air. Fit seals on windows and doors, or use draught stoppers to keep warm air where it belongs.

• Heat smarter. Set timers and thermostats so your home warms up just before you wake or return from work, instead of running the system all day.

• Look after your equipment. Clean filters, check your boiler and service your air conditioning regularly - well-maintained systems use less energy and last longer.

• Add comfort layers. Soft rugs, heavier curtains, blankets and slippers make a noticeable difference on chilly nights.

• Switch off properly. Electronics left on standby still consume power, so unplug what’s not in use.

A few mindful changes can go a long way towards creating a more comfortable, welcoming home - without seeing a spike in your utility costs.

Regular maintenance isn’t just about comfort; it’s also about safety and prevention. A well-kept heating or electrical system is less likely to fail and more likely to save you money in the long run.

Whether your property in Spain is your main home, a holiday retreat or a rental investment, Generali Expatriates offers flexible cover tailored to your needs. From emergency callouts and professional assistance to Legal Defence in cases of illegal occupation, our policies are designed to provide reassurance — even when you’re abroad.

From poems to demonstrations, manifestos to taichi

The European Union of Women Marina Alta (EUWMA) received a great honour when a meeting in Benitachell was chosen as the launch of an English translation of some of the poems by feminist campaigner Maria Benyeto. Carme Manuel Cuenca praised the women's group EUWMA for their cooperative and inclusive policies and for their tireless work on issues of equality. President Margaret Hales said how proud she was of the committee members in their varied work. 'One moment we are reading poetry, the next week marching through the village- in collaboration with other associations and the government in Benitachell- for the campaign of 25N and then we were practising self defense taichi techniques taught by the world master! LIfe is not boring with EUWMA'

Meanwhile preparations have been made for the Annual Meeting on Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 10.00 in the Restaurant of the Golf Club Javea. 'Come and see what we do', said the President. 'Our conversations may be about serious subjects but we always have laughter and fun. We are an inclusive group dedicated to communicating women's issues and giving information about services for women in the community of the Marina Alta. Join us as a member and receive our mailings. We are a friendly group!' For information about EUWMA, see the website www.euwmarinaalta.org, on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/euwma and email euwmarinaalta@gmail.com. The meetings are in English and Castellano. Many other languages are spoken by our members so you will always be included.

Financial Advice from our family to yours

4 considerations for your investment portfolio

As we come to the end of another year full of twists and turns, we thought it worthwhile to recap on four key elements that will give any investment the best chance to prosper in as we move into 2026

Investment strategy: What is your chosen investment objective? Are you looking for income, capital growth, or a combination of the two? Do you have a preference for active or passive management? What is your time horizon for investing?

Tip: It is important to know why you are investing and what you are looking to achieve with your money. Those that rely on income from their portfolios will generally take a lower-risk, shorter-term view to investing, whilst those not reliant on income and looking for capital growth only can generally afford to take more risk, with a longer timeframe in mind.

Risk: How much risk are you prepared to take to meet your objectives? How much risk do you need to take? Have you completed a recent risk profile assessment with your adviser? Have your underlying funds been reviewed to ensure they remain in line with your attitude to risk?

Tip: It is very easy for a portfolio to stray from its originally intended risk if left unmonitored. There is also a key discussion to be had between the risk an investor is prepared to take and the risk an investor will need to take in order to meet their objectives. An in-depth risk analysis of a portfolio and cashflow modelling (backed up by numbers) can help demonstrate this.

Cost: Are you aware of the cost implications associated with your portfolio, both for the provider and underlying funds? Do you understand how this can significantly affect the net return you see on your portfolio over the long-term? Are you locked into a charging structure with your current provider for “x” number of years?

Tip: You may be surprised to learn that the price you pay for holding an identical investment product can differ significantly depending on which financial adviser you use. Whilst a difference in yearly fees of say, 0.50% p.a. may seem innocuous at outset… it can have a massive impact on the net returns an investor would see over the long-term. Pay special attention to the costs of the product and underlying funds, as the last thing an investor wants is to be achieving a good gross return but seeing half of it swallowed up in fees.

Communication: Have you had conversations with your adviser on the 3 points already mentioned above? Are you kept updated on a regular basis? Do you find it easy to contact your adviser and/or investment provider?

Tip: Transparency and regular contact are key factors in establishing and maintaining an effective client/ adviser relationship. Having one point of contact and knowing who you are dealing with lends itself to building a solid relationship based on a firm level of trust.

At Logic, we pride ourselves on our award-winning client service and as a family-run business, our clients know who they are dealing with at all times. We regularly run client portfolio reviews and can help clients understand the risks and costs associated with their investments, ensuring they are in the most appropriate position to achieve their financial ambitions.

Arts and Crafts Fairs in Jávea and Altea

As Christmas approaches, the craft association Amata usually organises special fairs where lovers of authentic arts and crafts can buy original presents. This year there will be two fairs during the long weekend in December (the 8th of December is a bank holiday in Spain): one in Altea and the other in Jávea.

Jávea

In the port of Jávea, the artisans of Amata are present every Saturday and Sunday morning, but on 6, 7, and 8 December there will be more stalls, open from 11am till 7pm, in a festive atmosphere surrounding the big Christmas tree. This fair is located in a beautiful spot, right on the seafront, with stunning views of the port, the bay, with the mountains in the distance. You can combine your visit with a stroll through the port district, with its modern church shaped like a ship, its picturesque corners, and its multitude of shops and terraces.

Altea

This year the Altea Christmas Market is moving to the recently renovated Avenida de la Comunidad Valenciana, just 50 metres from the large free parking lot, allowing visitors to park practically "right at the door." A very special nativity scene is also making its debut, a joint creation where each figure has been crafted by a different artisan. With a surprising result: Joseph is made of fabric, the shepherd and his sheep are ceramic, one of the Three Kings is of soap, another is of wood, and the ox is made of welded horseshoes. Both markets offer a perfect opportunity to buy or order your Christmas presents, ensuring you get something original, lovingly made, and handcrafted.

The Jávea market is open on 6, 7, and 8 December from 11am till 7pm.

The Altea market opens on Friday, the 5th of December, from 6pm till 9pm; Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 11am till 9pm, without closing at midday.

Any last-minute changes - for example, due to bad weatherwill be announced at https://www.puebloartesano.es/javea and https://www.puebloartesano.es/altea.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO INHERITING SPANISH PROPERTY

by Laura Albors

Our specialist team in Spanish Wills and inheritances, have created a series of articles about inheriting in Spain. This step-by-step guide provides the actions needed to take when a friend or relative has unfortunately passed away. If you are a relative who is inheriting or an executor under the terms of a Will signed outside of Spain and you are aware that there are assets in Spain, finding out whether there is a Spanish Will and who the beneficiaries are is the first step to take.

STEP ONE In Spain there is a public registry (Registro de Últimas Voluntades) where you can check if the deceased had a Spanish Will so long as you have an original death certificate (legalised with the Stamp of the Apostile of the Hague and translated into Spanish). The registry will issue a certificate which confirms the existence of a Will, or not, and the name of the public notary before whom the deceased signed their last Spanish Will. The second step would be to contact the notary where the last Will was signed to request a copy of the last Spanish Will signed by the deceased. Obtaining an authorised copy of the Will usually takes several days especially if the Will was signed many years ago.

STEP TWO If the registry confirms that there is no Will in Spain, then it will be necessary to check if a Will was signed outside of Spain and whether that Will refers to the assets in Spain. If the Will refers to Spanish assets, then the Will has to be accepted in Spain. If there is no other Will or reference to Spanish assets, then the deceased died without a Will, the estate is intestate and it will be necessary to consider which law applies to the distribution of the estate and who inherits in accordance to such law.

STEP THREE Gathering information about Spanish property, bank account and taxes payable is the third step. If the deceased owned a property in Spain it be will be necessary to check the land registry records to verify this ownership and find out if there are any mortgages or charges on the property. In addition it is important to confirm if there are any outstanding bills such as the town hall rates (so called IBI and usually Basuras). It will be important to ascertain the property value so you could either instruct a valuer or obtain the so called “minimum tax value” of the property which is the value as assessed by the local tax office.

Having a value for the property at this early stage will allow you to calculate any estimated inheritance tax and the local capital gains tax known as Plusvalia which is payable upon inheriting a property in Spain. It is important to be aware of the possible tax payable which in some cases can be significant. When someone owns a property in Spain it is usual that this person had a Spanish bank account to pay utility bills, so it would be advisable to gather any bank documents the deceased held in relation to bank accounts in Spain.

Part 2 will be shared next month. In the meantime contact the My Lawyer in Spain legal team for help with your Inheritance queries - https://mylawyerinspain.com.

SCAM ALERT

This month we are not talking online scams but doorstep ones as we have had clients telling us that they are paying for a mobile phone they never ordered or signed up for personally.

There is a group of people going door to door posing as employees of the National Institute of Statistics and Census. They have documents and letterheads from the Ministry of the Interior and claim they need to verify that everyone has valid ID for the next census. They are thieves. They are everywhere and look smart.

Someone will come to your house and say, "I want to take your photo/fingerprint," according to some scheme. They have a laptop, a biometric machine, and a list of all the names. They show the menu and ask for all this information. Please be aware that there is no such initiative on the part of the government. Please know that all of this is false. Do not give them any information. Everyone should be vigilant and aware! Please inform your family and friends.

If you need more help or info on this subject, please come and see us. We are here happy to help. Until next month, your PC-HIGHWAY TECH TEAM

Book Review - ‘It’s a Crewel World’ By Tree Elven

‘For the party at Jules’ London pad, I’d packed an acid-green singlet stitched with tiny, glittering Swarovski crystals that my boss had insisted on. He’d worn it to the Broadway opening night of A Chorus Line and the Queen of Denmark had admired it.

“Always respect what the queens admire, Jake,” he’d said with a wink.’

What is it about his investment banker friend Jules that easy-going Jake can’t quite put his finger on?

Ricocheting between London and New York as their careers progress while their love lives stagnate, the two young men become key players in a mega development on the Spanish coast, where Jules was brought up.

Business turns personal when the greedy local mayor and an American casino tycoon with the hots for Jake plot environmental havoc, and Jules and Jake discover that when you’re in and out of the closet, you’re bound to run into some skeletons….

Tree Elven is a British-born writer who's spent most of her adult life in Madrid, Spain, with gorgeous Calpe as her writing retreat for the past 20 years. Tree writes fiction to entertain and to provoke new thoughts/images for the reader. Themes tend to revolve around saucy shenanigans within political situations – fun but not facile!

A lot of ‘It’s a Crewel World’ was written in, and is set in, Calpe. You will find copies at Libreria Papeleria Prensa Newspapers J. Vazquez, Av. Gabriel Miro, 13, (Just Up From Aitana!) or online www.amazon.es/stores/author/B07FDHH65P and www.treeelven.com.

Cancer Care Javea December events

We’re delighted to bring you the latest news from Cancer Care. As always, the team has been hard at work raising more urgently needed funds to finance our Cancer Care nurses. The nursing team is devoted to supporting, without charge, those whose lives have been affected by cancer, but financing this annual cost of €100,000 remains a huge challenge.

This year we’ve held some very popular events, including our memorable Honky Tonk Hoedown in October that will be talked about for many months to come. The country music and dancing event was a sell-out and certainly lived up to expectations, raising an amazing €3500! Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun, and to all of our sponsors for their generous raffle gifts.

November saw our annual 5km MoonWalk from the port to the Arenal and back again. It was a great success and over 150 people took part, raising an impressive total of €3425. We really appreciate the support of everyone who came along and also those who donated gifts and raffle prizes. See you all again next year!

November was also the time for a concert at the OK Corral Corral in Benissa Campo, with live music by the OK Band. Proceeds from the door and bar (manned by our volunteers) benefited Cancer Care, and we are grateful!

We’ve got more events lined up that you’ll definitely not want to miss. On Saturday, December 6th the Jávea Association Christmas Fair will be held at Jávea Port. This event is organised by Jávea town hall and stalls by many local charities will be on display. We’ll have mulled wine, mince pies, chocolate cake and lots of goodies as well as garments for sale from our two Jávea shops. Please do come and see us; it’s a great event and you’ll find lots of inspiration for Christmas gifts on display.

On Sunday, December 14th the XIC School Festive Fair is open from 10:00 – 15:00. The new school is just next to El Campo Restaurant, located at Calle Lago Victoria 3-5, 03738. There’ll be plenty of gift ideas and fun games to enjoy. Cancer Care will have a stand, so do pop in and see us.

Our last news for this month is that our lead Nurse Jayne has retired. We wish Jayne much happiness for the future, and thank her for her loyalty and dedication. Rest assured, our nurses will continue with the tradition and tireless work ethos that Jayne had started, offering critical cancer care support at times when it’s needed the most.

Our drive to raise funds to provide this much-needed service continues. Without your help, none of this can happen, so once again we say ‘thank you’ to our loyal supporters and volunteers – it’s really appreciated. We’d also like to thank the staff at the Focus magazine for providing generous publicity of such a deserving cause. Look out for more news in the next issue! And happy holidays to you, however and wherever you celebrate. The Cancer Care Committee.

Teulada Moraira Lions Christmas Concert

Join us in the Church Square on Sunday December 14, starting at 6pm. Cosy in the big tent this year, with delicious Christmas treats and mulled wine available from 5pm.

Find Relief from Emotional Baggage with Cindy Pletschette

Many of us carry emotional weight from past experiences without even realising it. Those unprocessed feelings - loneliness, stress, sadness, guilt, anger - don’t simply disappear. Instead, they can settle in the body, affecting our physical systems, our energy, and even our overall sense of wellbeing.

Cindy Pletschette, a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code practitioner, is dedicated to helping people release these trapped emotions and return to balance. As a life balance coach, transformation therapist and intuitive counsellor, Cindy works with clients to uncover the root causes of discomfort - whether physical, emotional, or energeticand gently clear them.

Her methods are based on Dr Bradley Nelson’s internationally recognised healing systems. Using simple muscle testing, Cindy accesses the subconscious to identify trapped emotional energy and imbalances within the body and energetic systems. These may relate to organs, glands, meridians, past experiences, inherited patterns, or deeply rooted belief systems formed in childhood. Once identified, they are released through a gentle process involving a therapeutic magnet and principles inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. The process is completely painless, safe, and non-invasive, and sessions can be carried out in person, online, or even remotely.

People seek Cindy’s help for a wide range of concerns including chronic pain, stress, depression, allergies, sleep problems, low immunity, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, and long-standing patterns of self-sabotage. Many clients also benefit from Heart-Wall sessions, which work to dissolve the protective emotional “barriers” we build during times of hurt or hardship - barriers that may later block joy, connection, and intuition.

The results speak for themselves. One client, Paul W., found relief from severe elbow pain. “I was suffering from severe pains in both elbows when I met Cindy. We started the therapy sessions, some in person and some online. She always explained everything clearly and carefully and was committed to healing me. Gradually the pain started to dissipate, and I am now able to do the things I did before the pain started.”

Others report the clearing of chronic coughs, rapid improvement in difficult wounds, and lasting freedom from emotional strain. “I am very grateful,” one client from Luxembourg writes. “Since my session with Cindy, no more injections, no more painkillers - and I am pain free.”

Cindy’s work does not replace medical treatment, but it can be a valuable complement, helping the body’s natural self-healing abilities to flourish.

If you’re ready to let go of what’s weighing you down, contact Cindy on +34 711 052 609 or by email info@wekids.world to discover how her transformative methods can help you too.

When Wisdom Teeth Aren’t So Wise: What You Really Need to Know

Wisdom teeth, or third molars, are the final set of molars to appear, usually between the ages of 17 and 25. They earned the name “wisdom” teeth because they emerge at a more mature stage of life. While they once helped early humans chew tough, uncooked foods, modern diets and smaller jaws mean that these teeth now often cause more problems than benefits.

Why We Have Wisdom Teeth

Early humans relied on a diet of raw plants, meat, and nuts, which required significant chewing force. Wisdom teeth provided the extra grinding power needed. As cooking softened food and jaws gradually became smaller through evolution, there was less space for these additional molars to fit comfortably, leading to many of the issues seen today.

Common Problems

Many people struggle when their wisdom teeth begin to emerge. Common issues include: Impaction: A lack of space can leave a tooth trapped beneath the gum or bone, causing pain, swelling, or infection.

Crowding: Wisdom teeth may push against existing teeth, leading to movement or misalignment.

Infection and Gum Disease: Partially erupted teeth create small pockets where bacteria thrive, resulting in inflammation and recurring infections.

Cysts and Damage: In rare cases, a cyst may form around an impacted tooth, potentially damaging neighbouring roots or jawbone.

Warning Signs

If you experience pain or swelling at the back of your mouth, red or bleeding gums, jaw stiffness, or persistent bad breath, it may indicate a problem. A dentist can assess the situation with an examination and X-ray.

Treatment and Removal

Not all wisdom teeth need to be removed. If they grow in fully, remain healthy, and cause no discomfort, they can often stay in place. However, extraction is recommended when there are repeated infections, decay, cysts, crowding, or difficulty maintaining good hygiene. Removal is done with a local anaesthetic and aftercare instructions are carefully explained to minimise discomfort, and most people recover within a few days.

Preventive Care

A small-headed toothbrush and extra care when cleaning the back of the mouth are essential in preventing problems. Upper wisdom teeth are usually simpler to remove, and extraction can create valuable extra space for effective brushing.

Regular dental check-ups remain key to maintaining a clean, healthy mouth and fresh breath.

Dr Karen Gardner ensures patients receive clear guidance and reliable care - because when it comes to wisdom-tooth concerns, Clínica Dental La Plaza, truly is the answer.

Corris brings you

Aries: As the Moon squares Jupiter in Cancer, beware of a minor conflict, and yes, you have the right to be angry too. This is a time of overthinking and may be overindulgence on your behalf.

Taurus: With the Moon in your first house, in the sign of Taurus, right at the start of the month it’s what you say or do this month that makes the difference. Tell it just like it is: be cruel to be kind!

Gemini: The Full Moon transits lunar energy especially for Geminis at the start of a busy time for you! When it all gets too much for you, you need the answers you have been waiting for, for too long.

Cancer: A time to get your priorities together, while you can. Jupiter enters into Gemini bringing expansion, trust and faith in a new venture. You were so worried and what happens next is magic.

Leo: The New Moon in Capricorn bids that you take some of the pressure off so you can face up to changes that now have to be made, for the good of all concerned. There’s no going back now.

Virgo: Your opposing sign of Pisces hosts the Neptune Direct mid month. Dreams now need to seek a new reality as your wishes re-align and all illusion fades. You were right all along, after all.

OUR OROSCOPE

Libra: Mercury in Scorpio trines Jupiter in Cancer. This is a perfect time to set new goals. Whatever happened it wasn’t your fault. So focus now on the changes you need to make, and don’t look back!

Scorpio: The last Quarter Moon is in Aries and you are certain to use new levels of power to get what you’ve been waiting for. Somebody around you has been economical with the truth. Why?

Sagittarius: Midmonth the Sun hits up the ninth house bringing illumination that will speed up a project in process. Keep on as you are doing, you may have started, but you haven’t finished just yet.

Capricorn: Mars transits into your home planet bringing both strength and determination to seal the deal. Now trust has gone you are never going to settle for second best, but get the best deal!

Aquarius: Resident Pluto is finally asking questions about your current situation. Money comes and goes, but it is a good idea to make some money stick around for a rainy day. Expect the odd shower!

Pisces: With Neptune Direct and Venus in Capricorn your loyalty is about to be rewarded for a job well done. This is a time of stability for you, and someone is shortly coming back into your life again.

Association of Foreign Property Owners Calpe

AFPO, the Association of Foreign Property Owners, was given a refresher course on First Aid, by Calpe Cruz Roja Ambulance man David. We were shown how to resuscitate someone on the dummies he and his companions brought along, mouth to mouth resuscitation is no longer used, people should solely pump the heart. Advice was given on how to deal with bad cuts. We also were advised of the signs of a heart attack or stroke. At the end of the talk we were all invited to look inside one of their ambulances.

The next AFPO meeting will be a General one on Tuesday the 17th of February, at 10.30hrs, in the Club de Tenis Calpe.

New members are always welcome. The aim of our Association is to advise foreign residents on any problems they may have whilst living in Spain, and help translate for patients at the Calpe Centro de Salud. New volunteer translators are always welcome. We would like to wish all our members a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year. Walk Your Way Well

How Did Your Fitness Journey Go in 2025? A Moment of Honest Reflection

As we approach the end of 2025 and drift toward the over-indulgent comfort of Christmas, it’s a natural moment to pause and take stock of the year behind us. How did your fitness journey go? Are you pleased with your progress, or do you feel a little disappointed? Did you picture yourself joining a gym, walking more, perhaps even quitting a bad habit or losing some weight? And if those plans didn’t unfold, it’s worth gently asking: what got in the way?

Life has a habit of throwing a spanner in the works. Job, family, unexpected responsibilities, overwhelm (or in my case the rollercoaster of perimenopause!) can easily pull our attention away from our goals. The important thing isn’t whether you 100% succeed - it’s whether you’re willing to look honestly at what worked, what didn’t, and WHY!?

Before we step into the holidays, I want to say thank you. Thank you to everybody who has read my articles each month, to everyone who has walked and talked with me, and to those who have joined me both online and in person for coaching. Your presence has made this an enriching year for me - one full of growth, development, and genuine human connection. I am deeply grateful.

As the festive season arrives, full of excess food, crazy gatherings, and plenty of tempting treats, I wish you a safe and happy Christmas. Enjoy it all but still try to carve out little moments to step outdoors. Walk with friends in nature. Breathe deeply. Give your mind and body a chance to reset between all the jigs and the reels.

And perhaps, as December unfolds, start thinking about what you’d like to do differently in 2026. Sometimes we need accountability. Sometimes guidance. Sometimes just a nudge in the right direction. As a coach, I can help you with that - or maybe you already know the perfect friend who’ll keep you on track. Either way, your next chapter is waiting. Let’s step into it with intention. Walk Your Way Well - Niamh
