• 6,780 gpm of condenser water through a four-cell cooling tower

• Two 99,750 cfm exhaust air systems with high-efficiency energy recovery systems

• Sized to accommodate all tenant general lab exhaust and any future supply air expansions

• Space allocated for tenant-provided exhaust shafts for specialty or hazardous uses

BASE BUILDING POWER

• Two 4,000 amp, 480/277V, 3-phase, 4-wire services dedicated for lease tenant and house loads

• Two 2,500 amp, 480/277V, 3-phase, 4-wire, bus-duct risers for lease tenant power

BACK-UP/GENERATOR

• One, 1,500 KW diesel generator for base building and tenant loads

• 5.2 W/RSF available for tenant use
