Leadership Accelerator Programme This brand new development programme will focus on enhancing the skills and knowledge required to become a confident, agile, strategic and operational leader. This new 18 month programme will increase your selfawareness, enhance your people skills to lead a high performing team and equip you with the tools and confidence to take the vision for your department to the next level. You will gain a deeper understanding of your financial plans, data and how to build a solid business case.
The programme will be a mix of blended learning, allowing you to complete a personality profile to start your journey of self-awareness. You will attend “in person” sessions, online training, coaching and mentoring groups and undertaking leadership projects to immerse yourself in active changes to your current leadership practices.
It has been designed to make the very most of your time and can run alongside your role within the College.
Some sessions will also be selfguided, meaning you can take charge of your development at your own pace.

How do I take part? Existing Leaders will be automatically enrolled on the programme and all sessions are mandatory. You will be able to access course information, resources and your Teams network in the Leadership Accelerator Hub.
