n the Gulf, summer means hot and humid days, when even walking to the car can be a sweat-inducing chore. Naturally, many of us would usually escape the heat to more pleasant climates but considering the current circumstances, a lot of us will choose to stay and live out the sunny days in Dubai this summer. There's no need to fret though, for summer brings with it more leisurely
opportunities for relaxation than any other season. Not only have you got beach days, staycations and daycations galore but also summer dining and plenty of brunches to partake in. Starting p14, we have a selection of Summer Recipes shared by top chefs to help you stay refreshed. We've also got an extensive guide of various ways to Beat The Heat and make the most of summer in Dubai on p25.
