In this hands-on activity, you will dive into a funand interactive cooking experience. You will learn about fresh food, cooking techniques and seasoning, learning appropriate terminology that will help you to better read and understand recipe preparations. A few of the basic skills you can learn in the kitchen are knife skills, basic cooking methods, such as searing and braising, menu development, and meal prep. You will learn to create a menu and prepare desserts and dishes... and you will get to taste what you prepare! The children receive instruction based on their ability level. They learn the fundamentals of soccer: controlling and juggling, running, passing, and shooting the ball. Shin guards and cleats are mandatory.

Children will divide their time between solo DIMA lessons as well as learning music theory and music Texas history. They will prepare solo and duo memorized repertoire to perform in front of an audience in the DIMA Texas Recital Series. Students will have CE1-CM1 access to beautiful recitals, fun festivals, and 2nd-4th concerts, while developing their self-esteem and building confidence. Children are taught easy lullabies, memorization techniques, reading skills, and lively rhythms to aid their learning. Soon, your children will be performing well-known melodies for all the family to enjoy. The most important thing is to make expressive, beautiful music, while having fun learning a new instrument!

Students explore the different mediums as well as Roselyn exposure to art history and its influences. With a Cedeno focus on pottery, students will experience working with their hands and creating works of art with clay and other material. There will be several final products for special days.
Come join in the fun and learn how to get started Texas playing chess. Your TCC Chess Coach is excited to Chess spend the semester teaching you how to set up Center the chess board, how the pieces move, how to CE1-CM1 capture, chess notation, check, checkmate, 2nd-4th castling and the ABC’s to starting a game. The class will also include fun facts about chess history and current events. Of course, there will be plenty of activities and playing!
