Thanks to them we have learned many protections against the coronavirus and what we have to do to avoid contagion by ourselves.

Pedro Pérez-Ferradas Marcos Carregal 4ºB 9 years old

Today Wednesday, 13th of may 2020 we interviewed the mayor of Marina de Cudeyo, Pedro Pérez Ferradas, through a video conference.

He told us about his work and his daily routines in the town hall.

He said the different things they do to fight COVID-19 during the quarantine, such as having a lot of online meetings and giving masks for all our town residents

YEAR 6A AND 6B SCHOOL TRIP TO POLIENTES

Irene Salas Javier Martín Year 6B 11 and 12 years old

Last Monday, our school C.E.I.P Marina de Cudeyo went to Polientes on a school trip, Students from Year 6 from C.E.I.P Marina de Cudeyo and Mateo Escagedo our school from Year 5 and 6 from C.E.I.P Dionisio García Barredo.

In the morning have breakfast at nine o'clock , then we had free time, then we left the route. Before all have works jobs in night all play a game and also see a film.

OUR SCHOOL TRIP TO POLIENTES Students from Year 6 and 5 from CEIP Dionisio García Barredo and from Year 6 from CEIP Mateo Escagedo travelled with us.

Last march, our school CEIP Marina de Cudeyo went to Polientes on a school trip with students from Year 6 and 5 from CEIP Dionisio García Barredo and from Year 6 from our school and CEIP Mateo Escagedo. We went by bus from Rubayo and we shared it with other school. In the morning at half past eight, the music sounded, we dressed and we had breakfast. After we made routes, for example, we went to the Ebro river, we visited villages, we went to the forest, etc. When we returned to the hostel, we showered and we had lunch. Then we played and we made workshops. They were very funny. Also, we had free time to do what we want. One day in the afternoon we climbed. It was very exciting. After we had dinner we played games and we went to the cinema to watch a film. The last night we danced and sang at the discotheque. We had very fun. Friday was the last day in Polientes.

That day snowed. We saw it from the windows. Also, we made two workshops and after we had lunch, we made the luggage. At four o’clock we catched the bus and we arrived in Rubayo at five o’clock.

This trip was funny and I met very beautiful places.

Dialogic Literary Circles

Dialogic Literary Circles, our school project formed by students, teachers and families at CEIP Marina de Cudeyo

JavierMartín Year 6B 12 years old

Dialogic Literary Circles in CEIP Marina de Cudeyo We’re reading the book entitled ``The Odyssey´´ of Homero Dialogic Literary Circles are a reading group at CEIP Marina de Cudeyo. Teachers, parents and students can assist to these Circles. We must read three or four chapters a month and we must choose a paragraph that we like from the book ``The Odyssey´´. After one monday a month we meet and we speak about the paragraph that we have chosen. I like Dialogic Literary Circles because I learn very much with the comments that we make about the book and they help me understand the book because it’s very difficult.

My day of holidays at home

My day of school at home

The morning I wake up at eleven AM. I dress at ten past eleven AM. I take a small breakfast at thirty past eleven AM, I eat cereals with milk.

Before twelve o’clock I always read in my bedroom the book of Harry Potter and Miss Perfect, sometimes I go out.

I eat with my family at thirty past twelve PM. At thirteen PM activities with my family.

The afternoon I do my homework at fourteen PM during one hour and thirty minutes.

Then I play the piano and sing at sixteen PM. I take my snack at seventeen PM cake with milk.

I dance or I do sport at eighteen PM. I relax.

At twenty PM my family and me we play the music to pay homage to person who help and to person who are sick.

I eat soup at thirty past twenty PM. My family and me we watch TV or we do game or again we go to walk.

And I go to bed at twenty-three PM.

In the morning I wake up at eight AM. I dress up at ten past eight AM. I take my breakfast at eight thirty AM, I eat cereals with milk, bread with jam and chocolate and I drink orange juice.

In the morning, I work at nine AM and I finish at twelve thirty PM because I eat for example : fish, potatoes, chicken, vegetables, ice cream, fruits ... and chocolate !

In the afternoon I work until 4:30 PM. I take my snack at forty past sixteen PM, I eat cookie, cake, water or milk.

Then I play the piano and sing at 5 PM. I dance or I do sport at 6PM. I look TV at 7 PM. At 8 PM my family and I we play some music to pay homage to people who help and to people who are sick. I eat soup at 8:30 PM. And I go to bed at 9:30 PM.

When I go at school I wake up earlier that when I am at home.

When I go to school I take my breakfast earlier than when I am to home.

The homeworks at school and at home are the same but ! Tests at school more difficult than when I am at home.

At school I eat earlier than home because I have clubs choir or Erasmus.

At school I don’t have any activity in the evening except Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon (and Saturday) while at home I practice dancing, singing and playing the piano when I want.

In the evening, when I have school I eat earlier.

When I have school I go to bed earlier while at home I go to bed at 9 : 30 PM.

I am going to visit my friends.

I am going to swim in the Annecy lake.

I am going to do activities with my family.

Am I going to return to school ?

Yes, I am going to return to school !

I am not going to fish.

I am not going to walk in the forest because I go there sometimes !

I am going to eat in a restaurant !

I am going to go and see my maternal grandparent’s ducks and walk my dog his name is Nouba !!!

I am going to dance, play music and play the piano with my teachers.

I am going to go holidays to the mountains or to the sea.

I am going to sleepover with my friend’s !

But I don't like the teachers ordering so much homework because it is very boring.

At night: My house has one floor , three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a balcony, but I don't have a garden.

In my bedroom I have a bed, a wardrobe , a desk, a electronic musical organ, a shoe cabinet and six photos.

I love my house because is very well located.

I have dinner at nine o'clock pm After dinner I play to different kinds of board games and my favorite game is Potato Omelette.

I usually go to bed whenever I want because my sister are dedicated to playing and talking.

Even though I don´t go to school because of COVID-19, I have my online school classes in the morning: Language, English, mathematics, music, P.E, Natural Science, Social Science, Art and Health.

At the weekend I do some special things like play board games, watch series and prepare much bigger food.

I usually don't do school tasks on Saturdays or Sundays.

I love to give me hot baths because they calm and reassure me.

I have video conferences at twelve o'clock to one o'clock pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I like because the teachers explain the homeworks we should do but I don't like because they give us a lot of information and I don't understand most of it.

Being quarantined I feel different feelings or emotions depending on the time and situation.

I feel envious when I see adult people on the street.

I feel concentrated when I do the homework.

And finally I feel talking a hot bath when calms me down and calms me down.

In the morning, I get up around nine o’clock, I have breakfast, I brush my teeth and I get dressed.

After, I turn on my computer, I check my homework and I have my online school classes.

The video conferences are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at eleven to twelve.

When I finish homework, I do exercise in my bedroom with my brother, Pablo.

In the afternoon, at one o’clock, I have lunch, because my father works in the afternoon. We eat together.

Then I brush my teeth and I read my book “Tower´s Chronicles”. From five to six my mother lets me play video games with my friends and we can talk about we have done during the day.

After that , I go for a walk with my mother and my brother.

In the evening, at eight o’clock my family and I stand by the window and we clap for the nurses and doctors fighting Coronavirus and helping my neighbors.

Later, I have shower and we have dinner while we watch TV. Finally, a half past nine, I brush my teeth and I go to bed.
