Food With Purpose Change Maker: As a company, we have committed to reduce food waste by 50% by 2030, and we continue to find ways to make a difference by reducing food waste at the source. Chef Carl Vollmer showcases great Reducing Food Waste within his unit at VEGA Americas in Mason, OH. As we enter the colder months, our catering menu will bring hearty warmth and cozy flair to your events Our Winter menu features favorites like Winter Earth Bowls with sweet potato hash and brussels sprouts, bacon jam and gouda croissants, peanut butter and jelly donuts and a decadent quinoa beet brownie.
