A MESSAGE FROM THE GREAT LAKES RVP

As we welcome the month of April, I want to take a moment to share some exciting updates and initiatives we have in store for you. Your continued trust in our services means a great deal to us and inspires our ongoing commitment to excellence in every aspect of our business.
Guest Engagement: Our approach to guest engagement goes beyond just offering quality products or services. It involves personalized communication, timely responses, and creating meaningful interactions through various touchpoints. By leveraging technology and data, we can anticipate guests' needs and tailor their experiences, ensuring they feel valued and heard. Our goal is to build lasting relationships that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Retail & Marketing: Creating a thriving café experience goes beyond great food and service it requires a strong retail and marketing strategy to drive engagement and boost sales. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive support, including tailored product selections, strategic merchandising, eyecatching promotions, and innovative marketing campaigns designed to attract and retain customers. From seasonal trends to data-driven insights, we ensure your café stays ahead of the competition with a dynamic and customer-focused approach that continually evolves to meet changing market demands.
Ingredients for Change: We are redefining recipes from the ground up, harnessing food’s regenerative power to fight climate change. Food has the ability to be regenerative to our world. Regenerative ingredients such as select grains, produce, seeds, and leafy greens are cover crops that restore and draw down the carbon in greenhouse gases into the soil. Our menus feature these ingredients, which build healthier soils, minimize erosion, and nurture biodiversity. This enriches flavors, boosts nutrition, reduces reliance on synthetic chemicals, and supports sustainable farmers. By making these sustainable choices, we contribute to a healthier planet and offer our guests food that is not only delicious but also environmentally responsible
Client & Customer Feedback: We highly value your feedback, which plays a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to improve our services Please don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated account manager with any suggestions or feedback you may have Your partnership is greatly appreciated, and we are committed to listening to your insights and making necessary adjustments to meet your needs
Thank you for your continued support and engagement We look forward to sharing these initiatives with you and working together to create exceptional experiences

Mosley has always been multitalented and Jill of all trades. Her tenure with Steelcase began April of 2003 to present.
