Eurest is leading the way in coffee innovation with Direct Coffee Roasters. We're excited to introduce our new selfserve drip coffee program featuring Direct Coffee Roasters, developed in collaboration with Farmer Brothers. With 11 unique blends, Direct Coffee is roasted at a LEED Silver Certified facility that operates with low emissions and is powered by 100% renewable energy credits In addition to traditional drip coffee stations, Direct Coffee Roasters is now part of our catering services, offering premium coffee options for workplace meetings and special events
Our Latest Culinary Concepts
We're thrilled to present Turo-Turo, Revolution Noodle, and Little Lime, which bring diverse flavors and textures. Turo-Turo highlights Filipino heritage influenced by Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese, and Pacific Islander cuisines, featuring cultural staples such as Chicken Adobo and Filipino BBQ Chicken. Revolution Noodle offers innovative dishes with made-to-order Asian-inspired specialty noodles, including Pho and Ramen options. Little Lime combines bold Texas flavors with vibrant Mexican traditions, offering fajita platters, burritos and bowls, nachos, and taco salads
Introducing Actual Veggies as Exclusive Veggie Burger Partner
Eurest is pleased to announce Actual Veggies as our exclusive veggie burger partner. This partnership reinforces our commitment to promoting well-being and better nutrition through fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Black Bean Burger will be available year-round, with seasonal offerings like the Super Greens Burger this spring.

Stop Food Waste Day is globally recognized on April 30 Initiated by Compass Group in 2017, it is the largest single day of action against global food waste, encouraging innovation and initiatives that drive lasting change in our operations.

For the fifth year, 30 culinarians across Compass joined together for the Women in Culinary Showcase to demonstrate their culinary creativity and inspire new pathways. The four chefs representing Eurest include Executive Sous Chef Amanda Standfield, Sous Chefs Frances Lyles, Tanisha Wynder and Executive Chef Shanique Lewin.

Out of all of the coffee bars, what inspired you to choose Compass?
The people I love getting to know all our clients, our coffee is an amazing local roaster OZO and our staff is amazing.
You get to have one coffee drink the rest of your life: what is it and why did you choose it?
I would choose the cinnamon roll latte. Love all the flavors and how it compliments the espresso so well. It’s like a warm hug in a cup.
What surprised you most about why you love your career in coffee?
That anything I’ve done with coffee has been about for or around serving others It’s amazing how good it feels to brighten someones day by just a smile or a hello to someone.

Having my second child Needed the extra energy! Who would you love to sit down with over a cup of coffee/dream coffee conversation?
Would love to sit with Blake Shelton. Never a dull moment. What surprised you most about why you love your career in coffee?
How fun it really is. I get to have conversations with Guests all day and listen to music. Hardly feels like working. What are your top sellers or guests favorite at your coffee bar?
Caramel Macchiato hands down. Guests love it and we get to make something a little more special than the regular latte

MOCHA MOUSSE LANDS AT THE COFFEE BAR
The Pantone Color of the Year inspires fashion, interior design, décor… and even hair color. When Pantone named the Color of the Year for 2025, the Eurest team was inspired to bring the warmth and elegance of Mocha Mousse to life literally For a limited time, guests can sip or taste the Color of the Year with the Mocha Mousse Latte served with Coffee Whipped Cream or Mocha Mousse Delight.
TRY THE MOCHA MOUSSE DELIGHT
NOW SERVING: TURO-TURO, REVOLUTION NOODLE AND LITTLE LIME
Our latest culinary concepts bring an abundance of flavor and texture.
Turo-Turo is our latest chef-driven concept representing Filipino heritage and its influences from Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese and Pacific Islander cuisine. Menus feature cultural staples like Chicken Adobo and the smoky richness of Filipino BBQ Chicken.
Revolution Noodle has gotten an exciting update. Our Asian-inspired concept featuring specialty noodles, features dishes made to order. Look out for our two menus: Pho and Ramen.
Little Lime is our latest Tex-Mex concept, fusing the bold flavors of Texas and the vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine Try the fajita platters, burritos and bowls, nachos and taco salads



INSPIRE THROUGH FOOD
SPRING CATERING IN BLOOM
As gardens bloom and winter layers are shed, Eurest’s spring catering menu presents the flavors of the season. For morning inspiration, look for the Farmers Market Brunch Boards or Breakfast Tea Party spread featuring petite scones, maple sausage pigs in a blanked and minted fruit salad. A build your own Iced Tea Bar is there to elevate lunch and for those in-between meal meetings, there are plenty of small bites, including Afternoon Tea Boards and Hummus Cups with Spring Vegetables.

Eurest partnered with an East Coast financial client to test and demonstrate the power of education and menu innovation in leading guests to choose better-for-you options. The focus was to present plant-forward menu choices in different ways for the same item to understand motivations.

Culinary Spotlight: Asian American Pacific Islander Month in May. To showcase the flavors and cuisine from our community of chefs, we’ll be sharing special menus in the marketplace.
Mental Health Awareness month is in May. Our Well-being team will be supporting initiatives during the month National Donut Day. You do-nut want to miss this Specials will be available for this guest favorite day.
