We are thrilled to introduce Turo Turo a vibrant new Filipino concept that's already generating buzz. It’s a fresh and flavorful addition we're proud to bring to our program.

We’re also excited to roll out our new Spring Catering Menu, featuring seasonal and delicious offerings perfect for everything from casual team lunches to special events. These new dishes highlight the best of spring ingredients and are designed to impress and delight.
As we approach Earth Day, we're also focused on one of our top priorities, reducing waste and protecting our planet We're committed to working with you to implement waste- reduction solutions that align with your organization’s values and goals.

Our second annual Barista Appreciation Day is May 9 Join us in extending a thank you to the baristas serving up our signature drinks with a smile from coffee bars every day.

For the fifth year, 30 culinarians across Compass joined together for the Women in Culinary Showcase to demonstrate their culinary creativity and inspire new pathways. The four chefs representing Eurest include Executive Sous Chef Amanda Standfield, Sous Chefs Frances Lyles, Tanisha Wynder and Executive Chef Shanique Lewin.

HERO STORIES
Alyssa has been excelling at JJ La Jolla through her outstanding leadership, tapping into the power of Hospitality 10X with innovative marketplace programming that leverages our marketing, retail, and culinary initiatives. She and her team host monthly chef tables and popup events, fostering inclusion by encouraging each team member to lead their own chef table or pop-up. These engaging service experiences have been extremely well-received by both our clients and guests at JJ La Jolla, further highlighting Alyssa's inspiring leadership and the strong sense of ownership within her team and fostering the growth and development of her team. For these reasons, we were proud to present Alyssa with a HERO award. Additionally, we celebrated Alyssa's incredible milestone of ten years of service with Compass Group.



HERO STORIES
Ray has truly excelled over the past few months by leading our new clients at Novartis with expertise and teamwork. His collaboration with our frontline team and clients has greatly enhanced the Bistro Café, introducing new services through recently procured equipment and a much-needed refresh. We’ve received numerous emails, phone calls, and in-person feedback from clients, executive assistants, and guests alike, all praising the improvements in the Bistro Café – and it’s all thanks to our Chef Manager, Raymond!
CULINARY CHAMPION - CHEF SHANE

Chef Shane brings over 15 years of culinary experience, homed in Spanish and farm-to-table restaurants across California. Shane joined Eurest a little over a year ago as the executive chef for ZOOX.
Shane executes a client specific healthy food program that requires halal meats, 25% grass feed beef, non vegetable oils, vegan/vegetarian dishes, and rotating menu's seven days a week for a full calendar year
He recently participated in a culinary contest and took home 1 place! We are grateful to have him as part of the Eurest family. st

MOCHA MOUSSE LANDS AT THE COFFEE BAR
The Pantone Color of the Year inspires fashion, interior design, décor… and even hair color. When Pantone named the Color of the Year for 2025, the Eurest team was inspired to bring the warmth and elegance of Mocha Mousse to life literally For a limited time, guests can sip or taste the Color of the Year with the Mocha Mousse Latte served with Coffee Whipped Cream or Mocha Mousse Delight.
TRY THE MOCHA MOUSSE DELIGHT
NOW SERVING: TURO-TURO, REVOLUTION NOODLE AND LITTLE LIME
Our latest culinary concepts bring an abundance of flavor and texture.
Turo-Turo is our latest chef-driven concept representing Filipino heritage and its influences from Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese and Pacific Islander cuisine. Menus feature cultural staples like Chicken Adobo and the smoky richness of Filipino BBQ Chicken.
Revolution Noodle has gotten an exciting update. Our Asian-inspired concept featuring specialty noodles, features dishes made to order. Look out for our two menus: Pho and Ramen.
Little Lime is our latest Tex-Mex concept, fusing the bold flavors of Texas and the vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine Try the fajita platters, burritos and bowls, nachos and taco salads



INSPIRE THROUGH FOOD
SPRING CATERING IN BLOOM
As gardens bloom and winter layers are shed, Eurest’s spring catering menu presents the flavors of the season. For morning inspiration, look for the Farmers Market Brunch Boards or Breakfast Tea Party spread featuring petite scones, maple sausage pigs in a blanked and minted fruit salad. A build your own Iced Tea Bar is there to elevate lunch and for those in-between meal meetings, there are plenty of small bites, including Afternoon Tea Boards and Hummus Cups with Spring Vegetables.

Eurest welcomes Actual Veggies as our exclusive veggie burger partner a brand that aligns with our commitment to supporting well-being and better nutrition choices for our guests through fresh, high-quality ingredients. Featuring 11 distinct blends, Direct Coffee is roasted in a LEED Silver Certified, low-emission facility powered by 100% renewable energy credits Beyond traditional drip coffee stations, Direct Coffee Roasters is now part of our catering operations, providing high-quality coffee selections for workplace meetings and special events.

Eurest partnered with an East Coast financial client to test and demonstrate the power of education and menu innovation in leading guests to choose better-for-you options. The focus was to present plant-forward menu choices in different ways for the same item to understand motivations.

Culinary Spotlight: Asian American Pacific Islander Month in May. To showcase the flavors and cuisine from our community of chefs, we’ll be sharing special menus in the marketplace.
Mental Health Awareness month is in May. Our Well-being team will be supporting initiatives during the month National Donut Day. You do-nut want to miss this Specials will be available for this guest favorite day.
