SELF-CUBISM is a conceptual self-portrait, illustrating the masks we carry when we are in public. No matter what people say about being true themselves, for it is only natural that we cannot be as comfortable alone then with others. This painting is also a modern take on Cubism, as it still holds values such as darks and lights, and detailed expressions.
