




Eton Connect coordinates over 1,000 cross-sector partnerships between schools, charities and other organisations working together for the benefit of children and teachers.
Through research, digital resources, summer schools, visits and events, Eton Connect brings people together who are determined to provide extraordinary learning opportunities for young people.

As part of our educational work, Eton College produces a wide range of digital learning resources.
Wherever possible, we share digital resources for free with maintained schools in the UK, and over 1,000 schools currently use our resources.

Eton College Collections encourages the public to explore our archive, art, library and museum collections.
Members of the public can explore our Collections both formally and informally.
Local primary schools can book any of six different free activity-based sessions linked to the National Curriculum and taught in one of our three museums. Topics range from Fossils to Ancient Egyptians. Three of these sessions are also available as live video lessons for schools that cannot travel to Eton.
The Collections offer free teacher CPD on site and digital teaching resources through our website –PowerPoints, lessons, information and activities tied into the National Curriculum.
Our museums and galleries are open to the public, free of charge, on Sunday afternoons between 2.30pm and 5pm.
Museum of Eton Life. Step back in time and learn about the history of life at the school since its foundation in the 15th century.
School Yard. See the latest temporary exhibition in the Verey Gallery, which showcases objects and art from our collections as well as loans from elsewhere.
Natural History Museum. Explore and understand more about the natural world.
Museum of Antiquities. See objects from the ancient world and discover more about life in Ancient Egypt.

Eton has, for over 40 years, offered a wide range of opportunities to students from across the world during the summer holiday.
The Eton Connect Summer School is a residential course designed for students in Year 10 who would benefit from having this unique opportunity to further enrich and develop their personal skills and encourage them to apply them in everyday life.

ESUPC is a series of non-residential subject specific courses at Eton to help Year 12 state school students with their university applications through an exciting and challenging period of study.
The Eton Dorney Rowing Courses are non-residential rowing courses that cater to students of all abilities, especially beginners, and a substantial number of free places are available to students who attend state schools. The courses are based at Eton College’s Rowing Centre, Dorney Lake.
The Dorney Lake Schools Rowing programme offers a free taster rowing session to any UK school or youth group (max 16 pupils).
Groups can continue sessions with 4-1 coaching and can teach sculling as part of PE GCSE and provide assessments and grades.
If individual students would like to continue rowing, they can join Dorney Boat Club (years 12-18).

Eton hosts and coordinates a range of open activities and events for local schools and community members.
These events include student and teacher conferences, university interview preparation for local students, science afternoons for primary classes, shared use of sports facilities and hosting sporting events for local schools and students, and community open music opportunities.
Through facilitating these events and activities at Eton College, we hope to engage with our local community and support a culture of excitement for learning and aspiration building for young people.

The Tony Little Centre for Innovation and Research in Learning (CIRL) allows us to work alongside partners to explore and evaluate scientific discoveries, the latest technologies and best practice in teaching and learning.
As a leader in its field, CIRL arranges and hosts free professional development opportunities for state sector schools and provides free online training through the EtonX platform.
We work collaboratively with other schools and research organisations
and are keen to share the results of our research with the wider profession. In this endeavour, CIRL publishes the Eton Journal for Innovation and Research in Education twice a year, with articles by teachers, academics and pupils.

Whether leading a workshop in a neighbouring school, participating in Eton Town Council’s street-clean mornings or hosting a lunch club for senior citizens, pupils are keen to get involved.
Eton Action is an independent charity conceived and founded by Etonians to promote charitable activity (supporting charities other than the College itself) and social responsibility among boys.
The Eton Action Fair, which takes place in September, is the largest fundraising event of the year. Students manage the day as guides, musicians, entertainers and gatekeepers, among many other roles.
They are joined by more than 50 local charities as well as a range of artisan producers. We welcome applications for stalls through our website.
