2024 marked a historic milestone for Escola Concept as we celebrated the achievements of our first graduating class in São Paulo and our graduating learners in Salvador. These pioneers embody our mission, demonstrating academic excellence, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world. Some of the learners featured here have been with us for nearly seven years, and witnessing their growth and accomplishments is truly inspiring. ACADEMIC
AP Capstone™ is a diploma program based on two year long AP courses: AP Seminar and AP Research. These courses are designed to complement other AP courses that the AP Capstone learner may take.
Instead of teaching specific subject knowledge, AP Seminar and AP Research use an interdisciplinary approach to develop the critical thinking, research, collaboration, time management, and presentation skills learners need for college-level work.
College Board developed the AP Capstone Diploma program at the request of higher education professionals, who saw a need for a systematic way for high school learners to begin mastering these skills before college. Learners typically take AP Seminar in grades 10 and 11, followed by AP Research in grades 11 and 12.
The AP Capstone Diploma and AP Seminar and Research Certificate are reported to colleges and universities as AP Scholar Awards and appear in Scholar Roster reports.
Facilitated by a consortium of 8 like-minded international schools, the Global Citizen Diploma (GCD) provides a framework for learners to actively take small steps leading to a better future. Through intentional reflection, students develop a deeper understanding of who they are and what they value by capturing their individual stories and celebrating their growth. By identifying their passions, each student who earns the GCD becomes more inclined to act in an ethical and responsible way as a global citizen.
Escola Concept is the only exclusive partner for d.tech high, the most innovative high school in the world located on the Oracle campus in the Silicon Valley. Learners can graduate high school with the Innovation Diploma offered by d.tech to Escola Concept. The Diploma is a 4 year commitment of developing a real project of impact that will positively affect the life of the population outside the school.
Providence Country Day (PCD) is one of the most prestigious prep schools in the east coast of the United States. It is known for its high admissions rate to IVY League schools in addition to competitive colleges and universities. Learners have the option of participating in the PCD Global Academy to receive an American High School Diploma.
Starting in grade 6, learners are encouraged to lead clubs based on their passion and their contribution to our community These clubs are led once a week after regular school hours. They are taken place on campus.
The AP International Diploma (APID) is a globally recognized credential awarded by the College Board to learners who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement across a range of subject areas through Advanced Placement (AP) exams. This diploma enhances university applications worldwide by validating a learner’s ability to handle rigorous, college-level coursework, making it an excellent choice for learners aiming for competitive higher education institutions across the globe.
