Be it the cultural heritage or a kind, embracing community, the city truly has been promising for me since day one. And it’s not just about the people! The food in the city is an eclectic melting pot of regional influences from neighbouring states while having a royal Nizami lineage from the older times. Being in the business of exploring the past of such dishes and bringing in that fresh perspective of their origin, I truly have the ride of my life when rediscovering those delicious Shikampuri kebabs and the exotic Nihari Paya on the bustling streets of Charminar.
