“Having spent over ten years being a food blogger in various cities around the country, I can proudly say that I found Hyderabad to be my true calling. Be it the cultural heritage or a kind, embracing community, the city truly has been promising for me since day one. From starting my Instagram page here in this city to meeting accomplished business owners and culinary enthusiasts, overall it was a wonderful opportunity to learn from some incredible sources. And it’s not just about the people! The food in the city is an eclectic melting pot of regional influences from neighbouring states while having a royal Nizami lineage from the older times. Being in the business of exploring the past of such dishes and bringing in that fresh perspective of their origin, I truly have the ride of my life when rediscovering those delicious Shikampuri kebabs and the exotic Nihari Paya on the bustling streets of Charminar.

With an unprecedented surge in new restaurants, pubs, and cafés popping up, the city of Nizams is slowly getting on competing grounds with food capitals of the country like Delhi and Mumbai which also makes it the perfect time to test the waters. Exploring new places and garnering insights about the diverse cuisines on offer has never been easier which truly makes the place worthwhile for bloggers like me!”
