Flamp 2.0 EASY
Adequate and controlled illumination in the workplace is able to increase the performance and the well-being of workers. A modern lighting solution if applied properly, helps to optimize the working conditions in production by improving the commitment, visibility and the concentration of workers. These factors help to drastically reduce early fatigue of collaborators thereby reducing workplace accidents. Thanks to continuous research and many years of experience in the field of professional lighting we know the effects of LED light and its possible applications in industrial environments. From these prerogatives was born Flamp 2.0 EASY, beautiful and functional suspension LED specially designed for the lighting of working environments such as warehouses, workshops, supermarkets, gyms, museums. The powerful new generation LEDs give a luminouse and uniform light. The wide range of suspension allows you to reply to all lighting needs.
Flamp2.0 EASY è disponibile con sorgente a LED in cinque potenze differenti (100W AC, 130W AC, 155W AC, 180W AC e 200W AC) che si adattano a tutte le esigenze illuminotecniche grazie alla ampia gamma di ottiche (45°, 60°, 90°,110° e ovale) e temperature di colore (bianco freddo a 5700K e bianco naturale a 4000K). Flamp 2.0 EASY è disponibile con driver ON/OFF o driver DALI.
Flamp 2.0 EASY is available with LED source in five different powers (100W AC, 130W AC, 155W AC, 180W AC and 200W AC) that are adapted to all lighting requirements thanks to the wide range of optics (30°, 60°, 90°,110° and oval) and color temperatures (cold white 5700K and natural white 4000K). Flamp 2.0 EASY is available with driver ON/OFF or DALI.

Le installazioni in soffitti alti sono spesso complicate, per cui una soluzione di lunga durata con buone prestazioni e copertura di illuminazione, consente di ridurre il numero di fonti di luce necessarie. La lunga durata di vita di Flamp 2.0 EASY riduce i costi e i disagi causati dalla manutenzione e pertanto risulta l’apparecchio ideale per elevate altezze di montaggio, offrendo notevole quantità di luce generata da una sola fonte, ciò significa che sono necessari meno apparecchi rispetto ai sistemi lineari. Il fascio ottico deve essere scelto in base all’altezza dell’ambiente e alla distanza di sospensione, più stretto quando aumenta e più ampio quando diminuisce. Su richiesta ERAL esegue calcoli fotometrici per determinare il numero soddisfacente di prodotti utile a garantire il fabbisogno di luce richiesto nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.

The installations in high ceilings are often complicated, for which a long-term solution with good performance and coverage of illumination, allows to reduce the number of light sources required. The long lifespan of Flamp 2.0 EASY reduces the costs and inconvenience caused by maintenance and is the ideal device for elevated mounting heights offering a large amount of light generated by a single source, this means that fewer lamps are needed compared to linear systems. The optical beam must be chosen according to the height of the environment and the distance of the suspension; narrower optical beam when height increase and wider when it decrease. On request ERAL provide to the lighting calculation to determine the number of satisfactory products useful to ensure the needs of light required in accordance with current regulations.

Flamp 2.0 EASY è dotata di un sistema elettronico di controllo hardware (Flamp controller), che consente di gestire nel modo più efficiente possibile l’alimentazione ed il funzionamento.
Flamp 2.0 EASY is equipped with an hardware electronic control system (Flamp controller), which allows to manage in the most efficient way possible the power supply and the functioning.
L’apparecchio a LED, tecnologicamente all’avanguardia, garantisce una lunghissima durata di vita e la massima sicurezza grazie al sensore di temperatura installato di serie in tutte le versioni. Il sensore di temperatura ha le seguenti funzioni:
The LED lighting fixture,technologically advanced, guarantees a long operating life and maximum safety thanks to the temperature sensor fitted as standard in all versions. The temperature sensor has the following functions:
• nel caso di sovratemperatura dovuta ad anomale condizioni ambientali l’apparecchio abbassa la corrente di pilotaggio (50%) e di conseguenza il flusso luminoso per cosí poter ridurre la temperatura di esercizio, garantendo sempre una ottimale gestione e una lunga vita all’apparecchio
• in case of overtemperature due to abnormal environmental conditions the device lowers the drive current (50%) and consequently the luminous flux so to be able to reduce the operating temperature, always ensuring optimal management and a longer service life

ILLUMINOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Sospensione a LED di potenza progettata per applicazioni industriali, dotata di 3, 4 o 6 Cree® LEDs ad alta luminosità ed elevata efficienza con le seguenti caratteristiche: superficie emittente uniforme, indice di resa cromatica CRI70, valore di lumen maintenance LM-80 e durata di vita di 70˙000 ore. Disponibili diverse ottiche in alluminio cromatizzato (45°, 60°, 90°,110° o ovale) per poter rispondere ad ogni esigenza illuminotecnica. High-power LED suspension designed for industrial applications, equipped with 3, 4 or 6 high luminance and high efficiency Cree® LEDs with the following features: uniform emitting surface, CRI70 color rendering index, LM-80 lumen maintenance value and a life span of 70˙000 hours. Available different optics made of chromated aluminum (45°, 60°, 90°, 110° or oval) in order to satisfy every lighting requirement.
CARATTERISTICHE MECCANICHE
MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Struttura realizzata in alluminio (EN AB 46100) pressofuso verniciata a polveri epossidiche. Alettatura a raggiera studiata per dare un forte contributo alla dissipazione termica. Copertura frontale in vetro temprato extra-chiaro (spessore di 4mm) che garantisce un’elevata resistenza agli urti. Disponibile su richiesta con vetro temprato prismato o policarbonato trasparente. Il grado di protezione e la tenuta sono garantiti da una guarnizione siliconica. Sospensione a LED dall’elevata resistenza meccanica (IK08). Golfare maschio zincato a caldo per permettere l’installazione con cavi di sospensione o catene. Tutte le viti e le staffe dell’apparecchio sono in acciao inox Structure made of die-cast aluminum (EN AB 46100) painted with epoxy powders. Radial fins designed to give a strong contribution to the thermal dissipation. Front cover in extra-clear tempered glass (4mm thicknes) which ensures high impact resistance. Available on request with prismatic tempered glass or polycarbonate. The degree of protection and tightness are guaranteed by a silicone seal. LED suspension with high mechanical resistance (IK08). Hot dip galvanized eyebolt to allow installation with suspension cables or chains. All screws and brackets of the lighting fixture are made of stainless steel.

Alimentazione integrata nel vano superiore dotata di diverse protezioni: protezione dai surge fino a 6kV tra Fase e Neutro e fino a 10kV tra Fase/Neutro e Terra, protezione dalle scariche elettrostatiche fino a 30kV, protezione termica per evitare il surriscaldamento. Connettore IP66 a due poli più terra per una connessione sicura e veloce alla rete elettrica (cavo non incluso). Protezione standard contro le scariche elettrostatiche (fino a ±30kV). Direct connection to the mains. Integrated power supply in the upper compartment equipped with various protections: protection again surges up to 6kV between line and neutral and up to 10kV between line/neutral and ground, protection against electrostatic discharge (up to 30 kV), thermal protection to prevent overheating.
