THE MOUNTAINEERS LAST TIME OUT (10/14/12) EOU DROPS MATCH TO CONCORDIA...

La Grande, Ore. – The Eastern Oregon women’s soccer team lost a tough match against Concordia University Sunday afternoon 0-5. Courtney Randall and Quincy Moore each had a single shot on target for the Mountaineers (1-11, 1-4 CCC) but neither shot phased the Cavaliers’ (11-0-2, 5-0-0 CCC) goalie. EOU’s Kailey Moss had three saves on the day. The Mountaineers looked very strong early on and held their ground against Concordia, the No. 1 team in the nation. EOU only allowed a single goal to be scored in the first 45 minutes of play. The first half goal came on a corner kick, when an EOU defender lost their mark and Hannah Kimsey headed one past Date Opponent A. 25 A. 26 A. 30 S. 7 S. 8 S. 22 S. 23 S. 28 S. 29 O. 5 O. 12 O. 13 O. 19 O. 20 O. 26 0. 27
