Gentili Clienti, Here at Enoteca Sileno, our primary focus is to offer traditional and authentic products from like-minded artisans, growers, and manufacturers across Italy. Our extensive range of Christmas confectionery is no exception.

Regionality, with respect to ingredients, recipes and traditions, is integral to the identity of each of our producers. Many of them are third and fourth generation artisans, proudly carrying forward their family recipes that have been perfected over decades, and which showcase a combination of ingredients that are inextricably linked not only to their region, but sometimes as localised to a particular village.

Seasonality is also paramount to our ability to offer Christmas confectionery of exceptional quality and products of distinction. Every year our producers source fresh ingredients like nuts, fruits, fresh flour, and high-quality butter on a seasonal schedule.

Any selection from our catalogue­­—small or large—will give you confidence and satisfaction that you are choosing the highest quality for yourself, and for any lucky recipient.

Flamigni is renowned for premium-quality ingredients, masterful production and beautiful presentation. Their emphasis on slow, manual processes and the use of high-quality Italian fruit, nuts and chocolate make Flamigni’s nougat and panettone among the finest in Italy.

The list of fruits contained in Flamigni’s panettone is a veritable Italian geography lesson: pears from South Tyrol, figs, citron and oranges from Calabria; cherries from Vignola in Emilia-Romagna; marrons glacé from Piedmont, apricots from Campania; and everyone’s favourite, the Ciaculli late-ripening Mandarins of Sicily.

Flamigni’s torrone also showcases how just a few ingredients can become such an enjoyable treat to share with family, or to give as a gift (as is the tradition) to children and friends.
