KATHARINE DUPREE

Katharine is a Ph.D. student and a leader of the Graduate Student Action Network, an advocacy organization connecting graduate students in over 50 universities across the country. Katharine is originally from Arkansas, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate in evolutionary biology. She went to Colorado College in Colorado Springs for her undergraduate degree, where she began her research and advocacy careers. While in graduate school, Katharine has become an active advocate for those on and off the University of Arkansas campus. She founded a student chapter of Association for Women in Science to provide networking opportunities, further professional development, and create a supportive community across predominantly male STEM disciplines. She has led protests, advocated for sex education and birth control access, and collaborated with the local women’s shelter and Sexual Assault Crisis Center to educate about higher incidence of assault on marginalized populations. She is currently finishing her degree and helping develop a public database of graduate student pay, healthcare benefits, and costs of living to assist in contract negotiations and financial decision-making. In the future, she hopes to continue advocating for policy changes using the skills she has gained pursuing her education.

NAHYR GALAZ RUIZ

Nahyr is a Mexican-born and Americanraised multi-hyphenate filmmaker and artist. Born in Queretaro, Mexico and raised in Sunny San Diego, Nahyr's bicultural identity has given her a unique perspective in storytelling. Nahyr began her career in the arts as a dancer and choreographer. Simultaneously, Nahyr began working on her craft as an actress in theatre, working in regional and bilingual Latin-American theater works in the San Joaquin Valley.

Upon moving to Los Angeles, Nahyr continued training as a dancer and actress and eventually founded and served as Artistic Director and Choreographer in her non-profit dance company, JuxtaPosition Dance Theatre. Nahyr earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts & Dance from CSU, Los Angeles, and a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting and Directing from Mount Saint Mary's University, Los Angeles.

Nahyr is passionate about using all art forms, including her background in dance and choreography, in collaboration to raise Latinx voices and stories. Nahyr ardently believes that art is the vehicle by which we convey truth, and strives to write and create from a place of truth.

Kymberli Boynton is an entrepreneur of multiple companies and sits on the Executive Board of Directors for over seven Non-Profit organizations. She has a PhD in Psychology and works full-time as a therapist while running two successful magazines, a performing arts academy, a wrestling school and her health and wellness center. If that’s not enough, Boynton is Mrs. Classic Guam of the Million Dollar Diamond Pageants and thrives on being an active participant in her community and surrounding counties.

Boynton currently has two TV shows “Keeping Up with Kym” (KUWK) and “Keeping It Real with Kym” She is also a Producer for an upcoming Film “Clowny” currently in production. (KIRWK) is in Season 2 production and about to drop on Amazon Prime, Roku TV, Tubi and a MAJOR Network. KIRWK is a talk show that focuses primarily on our “Zennials” with all the challenges they are facing in the world today.

Kymberli expresses, “I work with patients of all ages and walks of life. Lately, however, I have been getting ALOT of youth and teens, even more so now post pandemic than ever before. Some of the struggles I’ve seen are issues from bullying in the schools to gender identity issues to suicide and school shooting threats and more. The issues ARE REAL! These kids ARE our future, and they need to be heard to be helped. If having their stories and voices heard means saving another, then we are going to do just that. Kaniah Gunter is an energetic Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Autoimmune Coach. She is the Owner of Unique Guidance Nutritional Health Coaching, LLC located in Norfolk,Virginia. She is a Community Health Worker, Cerebral Palsy Advocate,Motivational Speaker, Inspiration Writer, and Co-Author. She has been featured on YouTube and on podcast shows. She has shared her health journey in several publications such as The Health Journal Magazine and The Final Call. Today, she is a Myositis Ambassador, Support Group Leader, Women of Color leader for The Myositis Association. Kaniah takes a holistic approach to health and helps others with unique foods and lifestyle choices. Kaniah can definitely relate to life and its challenges. She has been on her own self discovery and health journey battling an autoimmune disease Dermatomyositis since 2007. Kaniah was sick and tired of being sick and was ready to RECLAIM her health through healthy eating and lifestyle changes. As a health coach she offers one on one coaching so her clients can start connecting the dots and meeting their goal. Ronica McDowell was born and raised in Miami, Floria into a one-parent household, learning the importance of community and resilience from a young age. It wasn't always easy, but her determined mother ensured that they had everything necessary for a successful upbringing. These early experiences shaped her into a strong and compassionate individual who appreciates the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

Vicky Guidi a wife, a mom, a territory manager for Quest Diagnostics, a women’s leadership coach and the creator of an inspiring weekly podcast for women. She is also the President and Founder of MedPulse Healthcare Consultants and Pulse Empowerment Institute with 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management; with a diverse background in revenue management, operations, and leadership development.
