Saundra is the author of Make It Stop! A Young Woman’s Guide to Overcome or Prevent Dating Abuse.

Saundra has made it her mission to teach mothers how to build strong solid relationships, connections, bonds with their daughter through effective communication with her coaching program entitled MotherDaughter Strong. Saundra provides the tools and strategies that mothers need to help them initiate meaningful conversations with their daughters through her 3-step framework of communicating effectively, actively listening and becoming more relatable and understanding in order to meet their needs. Being able to meet them on their level will be one of the keys needed in building a relationship that will lead to their ability to cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with your daughter that will last a lifetime. She wants to help mothers build a bond like she has been able to do with her daughters who are now adults. She continues to be their go-to person for anything.

Saundra has received several awards two of which are the Speakers Award at Six Figure Storyteller live by the Empact Group in 2021 and Team Mom of the Year 2005 for support of a cheer squad at Forest Park Recreation Center.

Saundra resides in McDonough, GA a suburb of Atlanta with her husband of 38 years. She has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
