VICKY GUIDI

Vicky Guidi a wife, a mom, a territory manager for Quest Diagnostics, a women’s leadership coach and the creator of an inspiring weekly podcast for women. She is also the President and Founder of MedPulse Healthcare Consultants and Pulse Empowerment Institute with 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management; with a diverse background in revenue management, operations, and leadership development. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration. She has held several leadership roles in large healthcare institutions prior to creating her own company in 2012.

Vicky prides herself in her ability to develop and empower women leaders. She believes that integrity, accountability, empathy, and inclusivity are the foundation of a leader. As a female leader of diverse teams, she feels that leading by example is crucial.

Pulse Empowerment was founded because Vicky wants to share her knowledge to develop emerging leaders. She’s passionate about helping other women do the same through her empowerment and leadership coaching - to use their inner power to transform their lives. As part of her learning journey, she has recently created and launched, “They said she couldn’t, so she did!” podcast, to help women find their voice to be empowered to live their life freely.
