Co je STEP?

Student Trainee Exchange Programme, mnohdy známý spíše pod zkratkou STEP, je možnost pro studenty práv vyjet do zahraničí a získat tak zkušenosti nejen profesní a jazykové, ale i životní.

V loňském roce byly nabídnuty stáže ve více jak 40 zemích nejen po celé Evropě, ale také ve státech jako je Dominikánská republika či Izrael. Tyto stáže mají trvání 2 týdny až 2 roky a během této doby lze nahlédnout nejen do oblasti advokacie v zahraničí, ale také se podívat do Evropských institucí.

STEP vyniká nespočtem výhod, mimo jiné asistencí Viceprezidentů pro výměnné studentské stáže, kteří jsou stážistům vždy k dispozici, či fakt, že stáže jsou, až na pár výjimek, placené nebo je jejich součástí alespoň zajištěné ubytování či obdobná výhoda, která pomáhá studentům s finanční situací v zahraničí.

Pro zájemce o STEP stačí alespoň pasivní členství v lokální skupině ELSA, vybrat si až 3 z nabízených stáží, které budou zveřejněny 11. března, napsat motivační dopis v angličtině a vyčkat, až bude vybrán zvoleným subjektem.
