I’m Ella Ostrouchow, and I am a part of the Social Media Marketing and PR Team within Studio 204. In my capacity as the Social Media Marketing Executive, I am entrusted with the task of orchestrating the digital presence of Studio 204 across various social media platforms. The brand, Studio 204, maintains an active presence on popular platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, serving as vital channels for engaging with both the FMC and FCM communities. It’s my responsibility to ensure that these platforms are consistently updated with compelling content, fostering community engagement and attracting new followers to expand our reach. In addition to my role in social media marketing, I have been given the exciting opportunity to curate captivating YouTube videos that highlight the unique talents and accomplishments of the class of 2024. This not only allows me to showcase my creativity but also provides a platform for celebrating the achievements of our class members.
While my academic focus lies in the field of PR, I am deeply grateful for the recognition of my editing and creative skills by our CEO, Tracey Hall. Her confidence in my abilities to produce engaging content for social media underscores the importance of diversifying one’s skill set. As we embark on this team project, I am eager to witness the impact that Lily’s contributions will have on our social media. In her role as the PR Marketing Executive, Darci assumes a multifaceted role that encompasses a wide array of responsibilities critical to promoting the brand and ethos of Studio 204. On the 12th of January 2024, our journey toward project success began with a meeting where CEO Tracey Hall provided invaluable guidance in assigning roles within our team. Her leadership set the tone for our collaborative efforts, laying a solid foundation for the tasks ahead. Following this insightful discussion, our team convened to brainstorm ideas on how best to approach our project, both collectively and as individuals. During this brainstorming session, we explored various strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving our project objectives. Drawing upon our diverse skill sets and perspectives, we engaged in dynamic discussions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. It was during this collaborative exchange that we decided to establish KPIs tailored to our individual aspirations and contributions. Tracey
offered to provide feedback on our chosen KPIs, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of our project. In addition to outlining our individual goals, we recognised the importance of establishing a structured approach to our teamwork. To this end, we collectively devised a schedule for our future meetings, ensuring regular communication and accountability among team members. This proactive approach will not only keep us on track with project timelines but also foster a culture of professionalism and teamwork. By taking these initial steps to define roles, set goals, and establish a framework for collaboration, we are poised to make meaningful progress toward our project objectives. This calendar outlines the schedule of our team meetings, as well as key milestones such as our content creation day and presentation days. Establishing a clear and structured timeline was essential for ensuring effective collaboration and progress toward our project goals. This proactive approach not only helped us stay organised but also allowed us to allocate time efficiently for brainstorming sessions, content development, and rehearsals for presentations. Having a well-defined schedule enabled us to optimise our workflow and make the most of our available time. As part of my responsibilities, I am tasked with crafting compelling narratives that chronicle the journey of the transition from the traditional three-year course to the innovative Fast-track course. This involves capturing the essence of change and evolution, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements along the way. Through effective communication of this transition story via social media channels, I aim to engage our audience and foster a deeper understanding of the motivations and benefits behind the new course structure.
My role also includes evaluating and articulating the impact of the fashion marketing and communications course on shaping the development of the new Fast-track course.
Lastly, I will be responsible for talking about handing over the baton to the new students and turning the lights off from our original three-year course.

In this aspect of my role, I undertake a creative journey that begins with the conception of ideas and culminates in the visual representation of these concepts through mood boards and mockups. Mood boards serve as a canvas where I gather visual elements, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that encapsulate the essence of the message we aim to convey through our social media platforms. Once the concept is solidified through the mood board, I proceed to translate these ideas into tangible visuals through mock-ups. Mock-ups serve as a blueprint where I experiment with layout, composition, and design elements to bring our concepts to life in a realistic and engaging manner. Leveraging digital tools, I meticulously craft mock-ups that capture the essence of our ideas, ensuring coherence and consistency across all social media platforms.
Throughout this process, collaboration and iteration play a crucial role in refining and enhancing our ideas. I seek feedback from team members, incorporating their insights and perspectives to iteratively improve upon the initial concepts. This collaborative approach ensures that our visuals meet the objectives of our social media strategy.
Ihave created a version of a video concept that revolves around the theme of ‘turning off the lights’. To refine and expand upon my creative vision, I have also put together a mood board. The objective of this video is to convey professionalism while evoking a strong emotional response from viewers. The aim is to develop a compelling piece that highlights the profound impact of the course on its participants, emphasising its importance in their educational journey. I intend to pay close attention to every aspect of the video, from the conceptualisation stage to the mood board development, to ensure that every element aligns with the intended message. This will include the selection of visuals, colour schemes, and overall aesthetics that will contribute to the desired emotional impact. The photograph is intended to be a standout piece, highlighting the evolution and advancements inherent in the new fast-track course. It emphasises the importance of the three-year course and the challenges faced by the fast-track course due to the remarkable success of its predecessor. This is a description of a TikTok video concept that was created to promote the new Fast-Track course. The concept was used as a guiding blueprint for the actual video production process to ensure a clear creative direction and content strategy. The main focus of the video concept was to highlight the unique selling point of the fast-track course, which is its condensed duration of just two years. The goal was to create a compelling narrative that would showcase the benefits of the fast-track program, particularly its efficiency and accelerated learning path. The dynamic format of TikTok was leveraged to capture attention and convey key messages concisely and engagingly. The mock-up provided a strategic framework for visualizing how to effectively communicate these selling points within the constraints of a TikTok video format.

During my research, I noticed that they had posted a ‘Class of’ video. As this academic year marks the end of the three-year course, I believe it’s important to create a commemorative ‘Class of 2024’ video. I have crafted a couple of mood boards to conceptualise my vision for this project. My objective is to create a light-hearted and fun video that reflects the unique personalities of our community while building upon successful strategies from past marketing initiatives. The ‘Class of 2024’ video should serve as a celebratory and nostalgic piece that captures the essence of our
