A ‘CAR-WASH’ FOR EACH POLICE STATION IN SAO PAULO STATE A Polícia Civil do Estado de São Paulo tem plenas condições de realizar muito mais do que já realiza, mas é preciso que as amarras político-orçamentárias sejam eliminadas. À Polícia Civil cabe realizar o mesmo papel que a Polícia Federal em âmbito nacional: a investigação sobre corrupção perpetrada por alguns entes poderosos que nunca antes conheceram o crivo da lei e da justiça.
