MARKET POTENTIAL

The triple bottom line is a framework used to ensure a balanced approach between people, profit, and planet. What this framework fails to capture is a sense of place. Beyond marketability or historic preservation, there are conditions that impact how much we care about a place. Sometimes, design is what defogs the windows to bring forward a vision of community.

While the decision to divide and twist the building may appear radical, the original city grid was planned according to the cardinal directions. Facing South-East also offers direct views to the Philadelphia Skyline.

Design functionality can make the biggest difference to an individual, though it typically arrives at cost of beauty or style. We suggest that compromises are not necessary when values and needs are heard before pencil meets paper. Every community deserves access to safe outdoor spaces for children and neighbor, surrounded by gardens and wildlife.
